Using white font to hide text in a resume is generally not recommended. Many ATS systems are designed to detect hidden text and may penalize or even disqualify candidates who use this technique.

white text keywords don't work anymore. They updated ATS to look for that and some are set to automatically reject you if you have it

This does not work, since the ATS, identifies all the characters and makes them visible and everything is visible... therefore this system is useless.

I came up with this exact same idea years ago. I implemented it slightly differently. I went to a few big job sites and found hundreds of job ads doing what I do and took all the keywords in all the ads. Then placed it exactly how Joshua did. I never thought of doing it like he does, using the exact job ad itself. This is genius. Thank you Joshua

Great trick for the savvy minds and perhaps successful for many, and thanks for sharing it, but I think it's worth mentioning that certain employers have optimized their ats to catch & expose tricksters and send their resumes right down the drainage hole and perhaps receive a free entry into the company's "blacklist"! So people, proceed with caution ⚠️

just letting you guys know, this did not work for me. They said thank you for applying but we've decided to look for other potential candidates.

This guy doesn’t actually know what an ATS does. Their support website is public and the tutorials on how to use them are on youtube and most of them do not keyword match your resume to a job description.

This might not work esp now that AI is looking for natural language match...

Jobscan give a 99% match with this trick. But I would not try this on a serious Job application though. You can try if it works on a job ad that you don't want to go to an interview.
