Very nice video.. Although I feel these 6,7 inch extensions do no good to improve the looks, they just look odd.. a proper 12 inch extension with a wider tyre is what actually needed. But none the less, a great watch and nice video. Surprisingly we seems ta have same ideas, grey busa, vance and hines, extension kit!! Njy the ride.
Appreciate your feedback! Well as far as looks are concerned, it is very subjective and varies from person to person! I always try to ensure that I do not compromise the practicality. Any longer would throw water over from the rear tyre and a fat tyre would compromise the performance and agility 😊. But yes, it is subjective…
@@pathikpanchal810 Absolutely buddy.. enjoy the ride ❤️
Hi bro I had doubt about doing this myself all doubt clear many thanks hence forth all service myself at home 😃👍
I have a Question … Where did you order those Mirrors from ?? … I hate the Factory Mirrors
Those are the factory mirrors Charles. I have just added adjustable blind spot mirrors over them.
I just bought the Gen 3 2023 Hayabusa 2weeks ago and the mirrors are smaller … I’ll see if I can find some better One’s online
This is the best instruction I have seen so far. The subtitling helps for someone like, me who is hard of hearing. Always find the scary bit getting it back down, and making sure it goes left on to the prop.......and not right!!!.....
Good explanation!! Thanks
Still i can't lift my busa on paddock 😃 tried this method too....😭
noooooo u never polish tyres man puts a bad coat over the rubber which can make things very slippery especially if u hit water. Other then that awesome video 👍
aapne konsi web se purchase kra plz help me now
I have shared the details to you on your FB message!
@@pathikpanchal810 tq bro
bhyya aapka no share karo
you don't need to "lift" the bike up as you push the paddock down. The way you are standing lets you excercise what, 10kg of upward lift? that's really not doing anything besides you trying to look like you are doing curls with a 400+ pound bike. Just push the bike up, don't bother with that brick and do it the right way. This is just stupid.
Love the growl!!
🔥🔥🔥
Yes it looks as it should be extended my 07 about 6 years ago 5 inches perfect but you do need a tail tidy and repossession the number plate. No problem’s with handling actual it feels a bit more stable Off course you need a new chain plus your chain guards is a short. So the fittings are billet aluminium bolted up torque then you can do away with rear brake support bar. Looks and feels so much better 👌👍
Looks so much better extended, great video ❤
You are Living my dream 👌👍🏻👍🏻
You are gona live a better one some day soon! 😊
Bro I've been asking for your visor. I didn't find the same one anywhere. I remember your reply that you bought it for 3k in the local market. I do have a puig double bubble black visor but I wanted this one. I have a 2020 Gery busa. Please help me with this bro.
Apologies i might have missed it out. Please email me on pathik810@gmail.com
@@pathikpanchal810 no issues.. thanks for your quick response
Nice one Pathik! 😀
Thanks bro! 😊
Let me tell you Now bike looks much better than stock. Rear end assembly always looked odd on Busa, either it should have shorter rear sub frame or longer wheelbase what you just did perfectly..!!!
What you said is true Amit! Pretty sure there would be some engineering/aerodynamics after that rear end, but messes it up aesthetically. Previously i wanted to extend it only till the length of the tail lamp, later decided to stretch it till the arc of the wheel matches parallel to the wheel arc under the tail!
@@pathikpanchal810 Did you get an opportunity to ride New gen 3 Busa by any Chance? Is it day and night difference? New is costing 20 ish on road and there's one available gen 2 2019 model with same vance & hines slip-on as yours for 14. I am totally confused between two and mind also inclines getting brand new Ninja 1000 SX for 14. Damn there are dozens of bike to choose from but I don't find a single without a major compromise. I am riding 1250 GS now but would want to add one inline 4 sbk.
Do you still have the thunderbird? I have a 2005 AVL but its dead 🥲
Well i Dont. But I am in touch with the current owner and I keep on requesting pictures whenever the memories kick in.
@@pathikpanchal810 haha nice. I recently got a 2010 Thunderbird since the design is the same as the older one. Always loved the old cruiser look.
Smart
Very good video! One question, was it absolutely necessary to remove the tail?
Hey thanks! The purpose for removing the tail was to access the brake reservoir “COMPLETELY” without any restrictions in working space or visibility!
The 2022 gen 3 is a mother $&+(/@# to lift.... She's a heavy bitch and all of my 75 kilos struggle like hell but after the 3rd or 4th attempt I usually get it.... Sketchy as thou... 😅😅😅
Bhai tumhara jaisa visor dilao. I hv a 2020 gray colour busa. I already have a double bubble visor on my busa but that chrome colour was amazing. I tried buying the exact visor but didn't find it. Colour was an issue.

Can you use just steel bolts , instead of robbins?
Yup. Definitely. Thats what i had before I got the bobbins. Bobbins make it look cool 😅 Just make sure that you check nut the steel bolts so that it does not loosen up.
@@pathikpanchal810 I am going to use them only when I am using the stand. Hand tight and remove them before ride. It literally takes less than 30 seconds for both bolts . Thank you for your advice. I appreciate it
Are these dangerous on a bike, have you had any problems
Not dangerous as far as you have - bought the extensions of a renowned make - installed them properly - did proper chain installations 😊
Thanks!
How do you mount (fix) brake caliper ?? Its length is not enough ,is It ?
It is subjective. If u want to extend up to 6 inches then U can use the stock brake hose of the rear caliper “BUT” you will have to un hook its mounts over the swingarm and pull it straight from the central junction without any curvatures on its way. Hope it is clear! :)
@@pathikpanchal810 ua-cam.com/video/48nhbLYFd4g/v-deo.html like this video's part to hold brake caliper (1:03) How do you mount (fix) brake caliper ?? not brake hose I'm japanese. so I'm not good at English sorry

That air filter is gone.
Yup replaced it already. Dint feel right
What's the stretch of your busa? How many inches did you stretch it?
a little less than 7 inches!
Lots of love from Surat gujrat ❤
Tender love and care... terrific Pratik...
Honored! Thank you soo much!
Which chain lube is this?
That is a high grade less viscous grease from oks brand.
Pathik could you make a video ....... DIY replace front brake pads on the Busa
Do you have it still???
Unfortunately nope!
I have tbe same TB 2006 edition. Same colour....recent bought from a friend. same cone silencer. I am 100% fulfilled with it brother. Its like the bike is made for me. Super happy... super comfortable in traffic and in highway....this one is amazing. Even other bullet owners turn to see because of this cone silencer.
That is awesome! Enjoy your machine!
Hey bro keep uploading videos Nice video ❤️ Where did you order all the swing extension and all ?
Doing my best! Thanks! Extension blocks and extended brake hose from exotic-cycle usa (friend got it while he was traveling) Lowering links - self made on CNC Longer chain from Speedmotorad india, official dealer of RK chains! :)
@@pathikpanchal810 great 👍 bro ❤️ thanks

Good job brother.. Proud of you.
Thanks brother 🤗
Bro try to keep uploading video. You have good knowledge in busa and best thing is you are best in DIY projects ❤️
Thanks for the motivation! Trying my best 😊
Have you changed the seat ?
Hey, it is stock but i have put a air cushion on it. Which i generally keep deflated. I inflate it when i go on long rides. It keeps my bum bones 🦴 away from hurting me 😇
@@pathikpanchal810 i can totally understand 🤣🤣🤣 it's going good with a bike colour. Looking superb 🤠
It's cheaper that RE service 🤣
Need to wash your bike
Haha! Agree! :) That day it was too too dirty!
@@pathikpanchal810 sorry I am super picky about my gen2 Busa haha! I wipe it down twice a week with ceramic detail spray.
@@prostreetgsxr i completely understand what you are talking about! Even i am highly sensitive for my bikes paint. Hence, i never wipe the dirt of. If it has to be then just a proper wash! 3.5 years old, the entire paint is still swirl mark free :) Ya, no ceramic done yet.
Did the throttle actually need cleaning?
Yup. 1) It had black deposits! 2) even if not, i would have went by the book as a precautionary measure. No harm!
Thanks for this
Love the drum roll with faring removal 👍🏼
Bro why you haven't gone for an after market air filter like k and n bmc etc... It would be easy to maintain... More over you have also gone for an after market exhaust
