Yeah, I was testing out a heater at home and was surprised how quickly it ran through Jackery 1000 battery.😮 so while camping yes I’ll either have to use my mini heater, or get a blanket like you were saying. In the house, though I can actually save energy by charging my station while running my heater through it lol

The 240 is a NEMA 620 it's kind of an odd shaped plug, it doesn't have a neutral just two Hots and a ground. I'm guessing that they have this on here for people with well pumps It does seem a bit odd that the maximum output power on this 240 volt Port is 2200 Watts while the 120 volt ports Max maximum is 3600 Watts. You would expect the higher voltage to have a higher power output but it doesn't. I believe the reason for this is because growatt is using circuitry to step up the voltage from 120 to 240 and there's a current limitation of about 9 amps in that circuitry and you can't use the 120 and the 240 at the same time. I'll bet it's some kind of mistranslation point. I was disappointed because the manual says its maximum solar input is 60 volts with a 2,000 W power input, and all that through one xt60 port - so that means lots of paralleling panels and a high current, but when I asked about this, they told me the circuitry was actually designed to accept up to 150 volts... so I gave it a try, and connected four solar panels in series and this is about 140 volts because when you put solar panels in series you add up the voltage - and it worked ! If the limit was 60 volts I would have fried the charging circuitry, but instead, the unit was happily making about 1200 watts. This 150 volt limit makes getting to 2,000 Watts easier because, for example, you could get six rigid solar panels put three in series and then parallel the other set of three - I have my guesses, but I'm not sure why they list it at 60 volts while it's actually able to handle more.

If it's smaller it ain't by much. It feels heavier than the 1000 or the 1000 Pro.

500 watts solar input its ok if you want to max batter life. People who want quick will be disapointed. Perhaps you could get a lot more solar and have a 60 volt 500 watt limiter. Even more solar dont mean up to spec when sun is less.

Got it on sale for 900.00 on sale. Already bought mebo 1600 that needs to be returned. Or fixed. Its lighter than my mebo 1600 and mebo 1600 watt has 1200 wh.

I have this one. Slightly smaller than my Bluetti Ac180. I am using it with my e3600 with a extra battery . I can use the spare battery with the smaller E1000. So far I am very impressed with this unit.

The 200 is basically an extra large power bank, and most banks do not include a charger or block. Most people getting this have a means to charge it. No problem. And there isn’t much point solar charging something at 100 watts that only puts out 200wh.Soooooo, it’s a big power bank.

Over paneling question if somebody could help me out. I have EcoFlow Delta pro 15 amp limit solar input 150 V I have 165 W panels short circuit current 2.3 A open circuit voltage 94.7 V Would I be able to use 10 of these creating 23 A in parallel 94.7 V 1650 W?

The R3+ does not replace the Pro. It’s 600w vs 800w. I have a use for the Plus with expansion but keeping my Pro.

200 does include 140w c to c cable.

I just ordered one, because it can control the add-on battery I have with my E3600. If the E3600 fails, I have a backup.

@6:50 I think the 200 W per panel limit is due to the barrel connector used, I don't think the barrel connectors can handle more than 10 amps without getting too hot. To add more solar you need more barrel connectors, its not a great connector for the application ultimately.

This bigger model seems more tempting than the Growatt Helios 3600 since that would have to be linked to a second unit to get the 7200watts output and seems like the 240v output is more limited than this Jackery 5000 plus. The 4000watts solar input is a big advantage as well I'd say. Now it's on sale for 3k usd (3500usd and 500usd coupon discount). And one extra battery (5kwh more) for about 2k usd. So for 5k usd one can have a 10kwh 110-240v all in one solution (solar panels and other stuff not included) which sounds very capable. I think these power stations are ideal for motorhomes and tinyhouses specially if one wants to avoid or delay a permanent installation and have the option to move it, change design, etc. Having enough solar and being able to use your devices during light hours is the real key IMO. Since doing laundry, most cooking, water heating, etc. could be done during the day, and leave the battery to handle the fridge and some stuff during the night. Thing is, heating and cooling (AC or whatever other way) consumes a lot of energy, so that is also a big factor. Still there are ways to try to make it work during the day and have it "last" as much as possible. Nice narrated reviews.

My yeti 500x quit after a year. I tried all the UA-cam 'fixes' but no luck. I took it apart, 2 fuses inside were OK. I'm thinking an AGM battery, good charger & sine wave converter would be way cheaper & easier to troubleshoot.
