I am a mom and wife who has decided to try something new about a year and a half ago. I feel that I have learned a lot and would like to share with you my spin on tumbler making. So with that being said I will be showing tutorials on how I make custom personalized tumblers. As well as tips that I feel help me get amazing results to my tumblers. Unfortunately they are no longer available from the seller. However you can search on Etsy crayon svg and some should pull up for you to choose from.

Than you for your comment and question. This is actually one of my first glitter color purchase from Hobby Lobby when I first started making cups. And is just that purple. Let me know if you have any other questions.
What paper did you use fir the dolphins
Thank you for your question. I use the printable vinyl from Hobby Lobby.
This was very helpful, however, when I put my image into design space, the color does not remove completely. I have to zoom in all the way and erase bits & pieces. Extremely tedious & nerve wrecking.
Sorry to hear that. It makes a difference on how big your name it and the outline you put on it in Phonto. Over the time I have been learning it takes a lot of mistakes and frustration to,get thru it all. Patience is always key. I wish I could give you,the answer to fix the problem but not sure what step you may be missing. I hope this helps. And remember DONT GIVE UP

How do you know what size you should use for both the font part and the actual Crayola lines for your tumblers?
Thank you for that question. I sized mine originally by measuring around the tumbler at the top and bottom for the length and just took a guess for the width based on how it looked. I actually did the same for the name. It’s pretty much preference on how you would like it to work. I have seen some without the oval shape and just the name. I hope this helps. After you apply the epoxy over the glitter do you let it dry or add acrylic paint while it is still wet
Thanks for the question. I applied the glitter and let that dry then sprayed it with a clear coat. Then I apply a single layer of epoxy and apply the acrylic paint to my epoxy in the small cups and apply while the coat on tumbler is wet. It helps give it flow to the epoxy and acrylic paint mix. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I was looking to do something like this as someone suggested I put my art skills to use. I never made a tumbler before. But I was asked to try to make one. This is the best video I’ve seen far as what I was looking to do. Some steps I feel like I missed and had questions about a few steps. I really do love your work though!

Great video! I think you should make more 🤩. Hey I was thinking now that Design Space has the offset feature we could use an offset and slice it.. and then unlock a circle to make an oval and use the name again to slice that.. So I hopped on there to see and it actually worked! For people like me that aren’t super techy to learn other programs this is a cheater way to get it. Unfortunately only one slice of two layers can be done at a time, but after doing both slices I’m finding out they do line up. It may not be exact but it’s so close LOL Anyways I’m interested to see more of your videos!! 👌💯💃

How long do you sand 🤗?
Not too long. Jus enough to get a smooth surface to apply decals.
How did you make your cup with it half light and white? I know you said you had a video on it but I can’t find it. Also did you use fine glitter or is it chunky glitter?
If I understand your question it is about the base before doing any glitter and color with epoxy. I have sprayed painted the cup with white on bottom and a light blue on the top. As for the glitter it is a fine. Just enough to add depth to make the sand area look more real. I hope this helps.

I measured my stripes at 10.5X.72 and 9.5X.72 then did my oval at 4.3X1.28.

Hello, what type of brush are you using to apply the mod podge?
This one is Folk Art brand from Walmart in the craft section. When finished with them I soak them in water and replace them about every 3 months or so. I also have picked up some $1 makeup brushes from the Dollar Tree that work good as well. Just need to rinse them when done.
Do you tape the inside of the cup when you epoxy?
Not usually but it could definitely help.

Would like to know where you bought the dolphin images.
I was able to find a bulk set at a craft store during some travels down south. It is what inspired me to make this particular cup.
How much Epoxy did you use for your final coat after the decals??
I believe I used 15 ml’s. I always mix more than I usually use/need but this would be a good amount. Sometimes I do have to apply a second coat as it doesn’t always lay smooth over the vinyl.
Where did you get the white thing that’s holding the tumbler if you don’t mind me asking?? It’s super helpful to have that!

where do you get the lines and name
I found the SVG files from an Etsy shop and adding the name I used the Phonto App to shadow and upload and name.
