You are so kind, I’m glad you like them 😊 xx
Beautiful dress, I also love the colour! 🤩
Thank you! 🥰
Im so glad you added the ruffle, it balanced it nicely. I love your pattern holder - mine is pug-shaped though 😂 Where did you learn to sew?
Thank youuu!! Aw that cuteee 🥰 I learnt how to sew through UA-cam tutorials and I also went to a class at my local fabric shop :))
amazing look really nice. i use ramdom items as weights too :)
Thank youuu!!! It’s just so handy to grab things at hand :)
@@emilyhaworth9375 where do you get your fabrics from?
Various places, I got this purple fabric from a company called Dalston Mill Fabrics, I also get some deadstock fabric from Sew Me Sunshine and sometimes I can find fabric at the charity shops but it is rare :))
@@emilyhaworth9375 thank you i will have to check them out. ive got fabric from poundfabrics its cheap and good quality 😃
Ooo I’ll have to check them out :))
Great job ! 💖
Thank you!! 😊
Very cute. 💖🤗
You are so kind 🥰
Not a criticism, definitely better to hand stitch the hem on the black dress. In fact I mostly hand stitch hems for a neater look. Lovely dress. Great buy.
Before you´d said anything about your hair I thought: hair´s looking nice this lenghth, was it like this before? 😊 Can you make a video on how to embroider on jeans? I´d love to try that, but I have no experience 😅
Awww thanks, it was a little longer than my shoulders before. I will do, I’ve started enjoying embroidery recently xx
can i have a extension on finishing my projects please ..... ( have a mock up high waist skirt , ready to sew high waisted short , print out for a custom mannequin )
Hehe of course you can, I wanna make a pair of shorts for summer!! Xx
Hair is looking good! You're so pretty anyway, you could probably shave your head and still look cute :)
Aww thank you ☺️ you’re so kind 🥰 xx
It’s very nice and inspiring
You could be using the wrong type/size needles or your machine needs to be serviced. It may be out of sync/timing. Love the shirts.
I love how the sleeves turned out 😁
Thank youuu!!! I do love a ballon sleeve xx
All of them came out great! Good work!❤
Thank you!!!
Hello! Emily. It's the first time I see your channel. I like very much your ideas and results. Much appreciation ❤ Grandma Sherry
Thank youuu 🥰 xx
You're like really talented. You like seem to like know, like exactly where to like, cut the original to make like some like really cute things. My like, favorite was like, the black dress, but like the white shirt was like really like cute, too. I like.
Thank you!!! You are so kind 🥰
Awesome work!
You should make a skirt from the left over material from the black dress
I just found your channel and Im sooooo glad I did!!! You are so talented!!!! I cant wait to see more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh yeah and that dress is everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Aww thank youuu!! You are so kind 🥰
Emily listening to you contemplate your flips, and watching the transformations has inspired me to upcycle a few of my thrifted items!
I’m so glad, up-cycling old clothes to make something new is so much fun ☺️ xx
I’m sure you’ve gotten lots of advice, but this might be new/fresh: •you can put the ties slightly in/under, so they tie the top flush with no gaps, like the one in the picture you showed (looks cute either way though) •THIS IS MY HOLY GRAIL for sequined items. If the dress gives you a rash under your arms, or irritates your skin, you can remove sequins (beads are usually fine to leave on) by cutting them individually from the outside toward the hole but DON’T cut the thread bc then sometimes you end up w a mess to fix. I have sensitive skin and always get a rash from sequins under my arms. •(your needles might be breaking due to alignment?? Idk a ton abt that but I hope it gets squared) I love the blue gingham top so much! My favorite. TY for sharing this, I loved it
They are some great tips, I really appreciate them thank you!!! I’m glad you enjoyed 🥰
The dress is adorable, and so are you! Lovely work! Thank you!
Thank you too, you are very lovely 🥰
Really lovely work, glad you saw so much potential which resulted in gorgeous additions to your wardrobe. You have youth and beauty sweetness and talent. Very enjoyable vid thank you.
Aww thank youuu 🥰 you are very kind :))
sorry to hear about you getting let go 🙁 hopefully it's an opportunity for you to find a job you like even more and meet some cool people! That was my mentality moving across the country anyway :P
Aww thank youuu 🥰 I’m trying to stay positive but I was a bit sad. That’s super brave moving across country I’d be very scared :))
Excellent job!
Thank you very much!
that was amazing,
Thank you ☺️
You have AMAZING skills...did you go to school for dressmaking or are you self-taught?
Thank youuu!! I am self-taught kinda, I went to a sewing class to learn the basics of how to read a pattern and then just kept learning on my own :)) xx
@emilyhaworth9375 Well keep it up; you have GREAT potential!
@@nancycaputo6669 thank youuu 🥰
Beautiful!
Please don't take this wrong, but your videos would really shine if you would look at us. Cheers!
You did a wonderful job and just think of all the possible outfits you will make with them😓😍😁
Thank youu!! I know I’ve not stopped wearing the tie front shirts I love them 😍
If you wanted to wear without an extra hot layer you could probably sew up the center and just have the top bow functional. It might be easier to whip or blinf stitch the bows. Sometimes the machine just complicates some things. I would just get the edges and not even try to go all the way through.
Ooo that’s a great tip, thank youuu!! Xx
Oh my god! Amazing job!
Thank youuu :)) xx
You are an artist😁
Aww thank youuu ❤️
Your very creative but you made the skirt Way too short
Don't you think that's her style? She has great legs, leave her alone!
@@Lily_The_Pink972 , A person can have great legs & still dress modestly
Well done on your Upcycling project! Really Cool!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I love the black dress. If you go to an 80's party, team the black dress with black tights, black Doc Martens style boots and a denim jacket.
Ooo that’s an awesome idea, I need to go to an 80s party now xx
Stop saying 'like' !!! Had to switch off.
Honey, try not to say LIKE so maney times, like you know, like when your showing your work, like you do good work, you know like really.
Stop being sexist.
@@margaretf667Why is that a sexist remark? The person who made it appears to be female. Having said that, I wouldn't call a complete stranger out on how she talks or the language she uses, whether it's an annoying habit or not. It's just rude. This is the problem with social media, people think they have a right to criticise when they should keep their opinions to themselves.
Good job, Emily!
Thank youuu xx
Beautiful! What corset pattern did you use?
I got it from Etsy from a seller called- ojayroom xx
Your figure would make anything cute! Listen to this video and count how many times you say “like” Try to speak without saying “like in every sentence”.
Little tip for sewing beaded or sequins is smash them in area you need to sew on.
Ooo that sounds like fun, thanks for the tip 🥰
Beautiful!! The blouses are adorable.
Thank you! 😊 xx
Can you sew over the beading. I know My machine wouldn’t do it
I found out through trying it that you cannot sew over beading 😂 I should have definitely googled it before hand
Nice job, especially the black dress, that looks awesome! 😎
Thank youu!! Xx
I liked what you did with the clothes. Maybe you could consider working on your presentation. Be aware of how many times you use the word “like”.
Thank youu!! It drives me insane when I come to edit and all I say is “um” or “like” I think it’s cause I still get a little nervous around that camera but I’m trying to work on it :))
