1969 Chevy C10 Restoration
Completion of my 1969 C10 after it was involved in an accident. Was hit by a mustang who decided it was a great idea to do a burnout at a kids charity car show.
Rebuilt 283, 40 over, mild cam, power pack heads. Holley 600 4150 carb, msd ignition.
Rebuilt 700r4 , shift kit, large pan, Lokar vintage shifter.
Rebuilt 12 bolt, 373 eaton posi.
Long tube headers, x-pipe, cut-outs, flowmaster super 10s dumped before axle.
All new body mounts, bedside.
Every piece of trim is new, new windshield, door glass, all new rubbers. Tail lights, blinkers, side marker lights. Holley retro bright vintage yellow.
All new interior, new column, new door panels, seat, carpet. Dated 1969 8-track.
Rewired entire truck, all new switches, knobs, harness, rebuilt dash, gauge cluster, all new vents and duct work.
Custom made original wheel vintique deep dish 10 inch wide rims, painted match to body, with 1967 chevelle ss hubcaps which were new old stock.
Body completely torn down, sandblasted most parts, painted in 1953 Nash red. Three coats of clear applied.
All new bumpers, grille, door handles, gas cap, mirrors.
New brake lines, rubber flex lines, all new fuel lines.

1991 OBS Chevy C2500. After I had an unfortunate incident with a deer (x3). I decided to strip the truck down, fix the dents the best as possible. Last video of the truck with a 305 sbc out of 1981 firebird. Engine had 20000 miles on it rebuilt by someone else before I bought it. Good oil pressure initially but once engine heated up oil pressure would drop off. Noise in passenger side head from bad lifter. Fuel in oil and excessive blow by. Will edit later once I tear it down to see what went wrong.

I have the same bike, I have solid bags, windshield, floorboards and a heal to toe shifter added on.
Beautiful pickup. IF I owned that pickup TWO things HAVE to go. #1 , those $3 battery cable ends , #2 the cheap top flex radiator hose. A person spends so much money on making a Beautiful pickup and then cheap out on those two items.
well its a good thing I own it and not you I guess? Didn't cheap out, its what I wanted and put on there for convivence, any auto parts store carries this stuff, and living in a rural part of Canada, your not going to find a custom made rad hose, but do what you want with your rig, I drive mine.

That was a long time ago 31years ago miss that truck everyday.... Sold it because my first child was on its way for 6 k dollars that was good money back then. But I'd rather have kept it.... Tore up the streets of Sutton west Virginia with it. And every holler in the county.... Truck was white with a fat orange pin stripe down the side..... Called it white lightning ...had it etched in the back window .... Good o'l boys having some good o'l times.... Now I'm an old buck but still tinker around with a motor or 2..... Sounds like a wicked little motor and truck. This truck was originally a 396 truck with a 4 spd manual, but was stolen before I got it. Blew up the little 305 that was in it, found this one on marketplace and threw it in. Four years later it turned into a good little motor. Cheers from Canada.

I have a 2009 Harley Davidson XL Sportster and I hope everybody knows that Harley Davidson is not making the sportster's anymore they are taken them off the market and I think they have lost their minds but I am never saling my Sportster I love way to much
Damn, that’s a last year post too. A local shop near me is selling one for 4k. Might be taking that offer up for my dad who wants an early 2000s Harley

Took me 6 years to get it where it was. It was only painted once and that was 31 years ago. It was all original sheet metal, and there wasn’t an ounce of bondo in that box sadly. Going to start rebuilding it again this winter.
