Perfect recipe for my Sunday brunch. Two questions, when wine is cooked does it lose the alcohol effect? Second, instead of water can we add only Sula 1000 port wine (a whole bottle) so that we can avoid drinking with friends at home for lunch. I mean, the idea is to get drunk without drinking :) On Sundays we usually eat at any of our friend's house as all of us stay alone. This could be a game changer. My imagination is running wild. Why not green peas and potatoes masala in red wine? And I call it veggy vindaloo!
