I know it's been a long time but I just got this game. A few questions. First can overpower or whatever it's called when you defeat a unit and still have extra attack left over. I get to hit another patrolling unit. My question is if I attack a unit and it's just attacking back (on defense) does the defending unit get overpower also? Next question if opponent has a tech 2 unit in play and i destroy the tech 2 base does that unit go away or no because it is already out prior to me destroying texh building ?

Great how to play. Do you happen to understand the solo/co-op rules? We played and bet the solo the very 1st round, well second because you always play a final round. It seemed like the Ai gets sent too many tokens from both players and doesn’t get rid of them at a fast rate.

This is how I've always done it. Requires no memorization until the last move for me. So I can not touch the cube for 3 years and then solve it in under 3 minutes. My son was like, what are you doing? He knows all these moves and stuff. 😂

are the haunted house, dino size, steam crank and puzzle pets deck from the B.O.L.D. adventures expansion?

It's been many years since I've played the original Puzzle Strike. This looks like a fresh take on the game. I will back for sure.

I have puzzle strike third edition with the expansion. This is way too similar of a game for me to get. It looks fun and I have no doubt it will play well because all of Sirlin's games do, there are a couple of hangups I have though. It seems like the scepter of power is only able to be utilized in a multiplayer game. Is this correct? Otherwise it seems too powerful as multiple people aren't targeting you each turn. It's not dangerous enough to hold in a head to head. The graphic design is a bit kiddy. I'm all for bright and vivid colors, but this looks like it's targeting a young girl demographic, when in reality it is a deep strategic puzzle game (like all of Sirlin's games.) Glitter, shiny gems, a pink and purple scepter of power that is comically too large when it could just be a token. It looks like something aimed at a 7 year old girl. I'm not trying to be rude when I say that, but the design is off. For the first half of the video, it is almost a 1 to 1 mechanical retelling of the original puzzle strike. Crashing, gem piles, swapping is combining, the win lose conditions, the card text on Jaina's character cards is even the same as her character chips if I'm not mistaken. It seems like puzzle strike has just been graphically overhauled, put on cards instead of chips (something many who played the original argued would have been better in the first place) with a couple of overhauled mechanics. Even the name. It's just Puzzle Strike 2. Even that's confusing since there were three editions of the original puzzle strike. I was kind of hoping efforts would have gone towards a digital adaptation of Codex Card Time Strategy. That's a different can of worms I digress. This just seems like Puzzle Strike 4th Edition where 3rd edition was already perfect. Maybe I'm wrong. I hope I'm wrong. I also hope you guys do well on the campaign.
