Fact is - Andrew put the last nail in his own coffin when he did that interview. So the photo doesn’t really matter. Fake or real - he is guilty.

How long is Andrew’s left arm? That was my immediate reaction on first sight. I think the hand looks like someone had added it for effect. Like to see a reconstruction attempt. The hand is a ‘force multiplier’ perhaps.

Thank-you I see the same things..good observations.I was alway wondering how both foreground and back ground could both be in focus with a flash photo with- out light hitting the back of the room..it would require a camera f-stop of 5.6 or higher -is this a digital camera Photo? and was a ceiling light source above reflecting off the window in the back ground and not a flash?

Well Wouldn't just finding the real picture that this cut out was taken from be easy to do to clear this mess up? I mean they got it from somewhere.

Show the photo as you explain! If we are looking at the face of this man we are not understanding what he is explaining!

So why did Andrew's lawyers not investigate fully if this was indeed a fake by experts? Surely with today's technical skills and expertise this could have been proven.

An other lady claims that VG couldn’t even produce her evidence. VG ’s admitted she can’t find the original photo it’s in a box somewhere. So without the original photo it can’t be evaluated to prove it wasn’t tampered with. All she was doing was suing for money. She may have chose Andrew because he wasn’t American and he couldn’t hide or disappear and had some money which she wanted

A lady told me that it is no coincidence that the case settled right after VG admitted she couldn’t find the original photo. There is a legal presumption that if a person destroys evidence (which could be not taking care of it and losing it) than the evidence would go against the person who destroyed it.

A source told me that the original photo cannot be produced because it never existed, the photo of Andrew and the girl are two photos, a photo of the girl in the exact same pose and dress, as she is with Andrew has come to light, been fused into one .

Regarding the body being an Irish guy, Andrew has already admitted that they are his clothes.

A good point was raised here, why would Andrew allow a photo like this to be taken? either the photo is fake or he is extremely stupid.

I noticed that VR left hand is not touching her hips and in between the space from her hands are something like curvy metals? appeared. And there was a picture of them that almost covered the entire place from the stairways into the side of Maxwell w/c had more picture frames. A photographer specialising in infrared imaging techniques did an infrared analysis and found anomalies. PA´s head looks very strange.

Andrew is at an angle facing the camera. If his right elbow were placed by his side snd his body was at 90 degrees in relation to the girl, his arm could easily reach the distance necessary to put his hand around her waist.

A source added: The photo is a fake. Back in 2001, there were only a few programs using cut and paste abilities, even photoshop didn't get it exactly right. I examined this photo just after it was released on internet, around 2010 / 2011 I think. I found a minimum of 10 mistakes, 10 cut and paste mistakes that stand out to someone (me) who was using the cut and paste technique regularly on Second life, but not with photoshop. The first biggest mistake is, Maxwells white staircase is in the right of her house, in the photo it is on the left. Second most noticeable is, Andrew has a square bum in the photo, it has straight edges from a badly amateurish cut and paste job. Others people can work out for themselves, like shadows in wrong place, and borders around Andrew, Giuffre and Maxwell.

A source claiming to be a professional photo retoucher and photoshop specialist says: I can confidently say that the photo is a montage of four photographs, in fact it is so badly cropped and assembled it was probably done on a simple PC by an absolute amateur.

P.S. Maxwell isn't there either - she also has a black space for trousers, and her torso is a foot too long, because her legs are a foot too short.

Somebody´s notice: Look at what is supposed to be his left hand on her waist. It's much darker than his right hand. Even the nail beds are dark. Everyone knows Prince Andrew is not going to be in the sun long enough to get that dark and certainly he's not going to tan one hand darker than the other. Allowing for shadows....that hand is still too dark and does not belong to him. Say what you will, but that is not his hand.

A source told me an other oppinion: The two hands are not his hands - they are taken from to different pairs of hands - The right shirt cuff is floating, defying the law of gravity - the right limp wristed hand is there to cover VG's right hand which is flat on her hip. The face is his, but it's taken direct from a digital camera file, not digitalised analoge photographic paper - the main photograph comes from a 110 roll film camera - Where is the negative!?

B.S. Just deal with it. There's no "fake photo" or "photoshopped" conspiracy going on. The only "conspiracy" is that people in power are _still,_ in this day and age, above all semblance of the Law or even ethical or moral standards, that the rest of us adhere to simply by virtue of being raised to know the basic reasons between right and wrong. For someone like Prince Andrew, (amongst _many_ others, around the World,) those same basic, fundamental standards don't seem to equally apply. Meaning; No matter how much incriminating evidence is forthcoming, there will at least be people who will gaslight the rest of us, coming up with insane, nonsensical conspiracy theories to try and explain it away. When, for any objective observer, the evidence is effectively as cut-and-dry straightforward as it comes. I mean, use a little bit of intellectual honesty, what's easier to believe? That somebody is perpetrating an elaborate hoax, manufacturing fake photographs, and somehow getting actual women to come forward and lie? Or that it's all real, and all the evidence is pointing to Prince Andrew actually being just as guilty as Jeffrey Epstein himself? It's common sense, man. There is another weird thing. Look at the Giuffre´s left hand. It seems as if she is squeezing something onto her hip. But the subject mysteriously vanished. The mysterious subject might be a hand of somebody else.

Where is the light source and where is the camera.?

where is the right door jam? The camera seems to be aligned with the place Maxwell is leaning on. However Maxwell appears to be leaning on a wall at 45° angle. All of the characters are rotated 5° left or right. And they are also rotated backward or forward by a similar amount. So each of the characters is taken from a different height. Prince Andrew appears to be descending a stairwell and About to wave.
