UK government take note, this seems like ideal student housing as they would still have access to all the campus facilities, they could buy the unit then take it home for a shed at the end of their course.

Simply go to a high school that actually teaches wood shop/architecture/building construction like they use to do and vala, a ready made crew eager to make the grade and the skill. If every high school did this they would learn pride for their community and provide a worthwhile cause. It could happen immediately if the city councils and school boards and states would get off their duffs.

You could take an old mall and probably drop a couple hundred of these in the parking lot with level ground, lots of lighting add in bathrooms, garbage removal and food/cooking access on site, toss in a new bus stop, maybe some security guards, instant dignity, security, and peace of mind.

Take care of our legal citizens first before we take care of ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS! It is sickening that we spend so much on illegal immigrants! Our politicians bare doing it so that when they break our Constitution and allow ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS TO VOTE, AND WHO WILL THEY VOTE FOR? HMM, THE PEOPLE WHO GAVE THEM EVERYTHING BEFORE OUR HOMELESS! Too many Americans are blind to the real reason the Biden Administration is doing this!

And these cost $75000. Per shed? Someone's getting rich, and you can bet each employee of these Pallet villages make $60000. to $120000 a year salary, that's where most of the money usually goes, administrative costs.

This is very helpful for people. Without a toilet, an older resident might have to go outside to the restroom many times during the night. On cold nights that would be exhausting.

Not gonna lie, buy a small plot of land and 4 of these and you could make a nice little home, make one a kitchen, the second a bathroom with a washer and dryer, third an office/living room and the forth one a bedroom, not sure how much these cost but they cant be that expensive and they already have A/C and heat built into them and with some time and depending on how they are placed you could connect them all together later down the road.

I've been thinking the same thing too. If they can be bought by private citizens. As to the 10-yr lifespan, nice that individual panels can be replaced. And if a person can afford this, why not coat the interior AND exterior with some kind of spray-on covering that would look nicer and also protect the panels far beyond a decade. If you had, say, 4 units or more, you could probably even create very large room(s) with selective panel placements. They could be gussied up to look rather nice.

I can see this being a good thing if done right. Weekly drug and alcohol testing, requirements to work or pay a nominal fee, work programs can be set up to clean parks, streets and such. American citizenship, people with mental issues being placed in a facility that can handle it. Also change the law to where this is legal because they don’t meet minimum square footage requirement. If homeless can live in one of these then a property owner should be allowed to live in something as small. These should be minimum requirements, I know I’d be lived if I found out my tax money went to house drug addicts or lazy people.
