I've seen it first hand with my gran. Biden has had a stroke at some point. Slurred speech, droopy face, the signs are all there. Old age has stripped him of his cognitive functions. This man will not live out another 4 years. I would bet money on it.

My grandmother is one of the most intelligent people I know. On biden, she said the following "He is a class act. He is an intelligent man, well articulated, and a caring individual. But time eventually gets everyone."
