In more detail, we're discussing the following topics:

2. What can we do to slow down the aging process and reverse it? (2:15 - 7:35)
2.1. Eat less (3:04 - 4:12)
2.2. Exercise more (4:13 - 4:50)
2.3. Expose yourself to extreme temperatures (4:51 - 6:19)
2.4. Supplement yourself (6:20 - 7:35)

- David takes a daily dose of vitamin D, vitamin K2, and 83 mg of aspirin

- David tries to skip one meal a day or at least make it really small.
- David tries to take a lot of steps each day.
- David doesn't smoke. He tries to avoid microwaved plastic, excessive UV exposure, X-rays and CT-scans.

- David aims to keep his body weight or BMI in the optimal range for health span, which is 23 to 25 for him.
Cheers,
Anthony

1-Says that the perfect breath is to inhale 5.5 seconds and exhale 5.5 seconds. But then it says that your exhalations should be a little longer than your inhalations. Can someone clarify this for me? 2- Regarding the first doubt, I have two more doubts according to your answer: a) If the main goal is to get a 5,5 second breath during the whole day, how do I achieve this? b) If on the contrary your inhalations should be longer during the whole day, how can I achieve this? 3- Talk about excessive breathing and breath holding. Here it would be enough to do the Wim Hof breathing (TUMMO), wouldn't it, because in it you do both. 4- How does this apply in sports? a) weight lifting B) running/walking 5- And when sitting for several hours? because the posture complicates the breathing.
Thank you for the video, straight to the point and super helpful.
thx for sharing
Very nice
I tend to read the summary before buying a new book, and you have given me a good summary, which I really appreciate! Thank you and congratulations!

Alternate Nostril breathing is one of the pranayam mentioned in Ayurveda ( Ancient Hindu Text) . It's called Anulom Vilom. Western people rename and relaunch it. Anyways.. Love from India❤
Thank you.

Really loved this! Thank you so much!
Thanks for the great work summarizing the book. One point of clarification is that supplementing directly with oral NAD is not recommended since NAD is not absorbed (due to the size of the molecule and other factors). Rather, Sinclair (and others) supplement with a NAD precursor such as NMN or NR. These are converted by the body into NAD+, which increases mitochondrial energy, thereby reducing the rate of aging (or so it is claimed).
So guys, this man wrote that other people restrain us from punching each other out and having sex. It's soo deep, please check it out

You are a great teacher. Love you my gg
unforturnately i can't access the website but thanks for the video!
Amazing book. Freud is so hugely underrated in 2022. Big for his time, but now largely disregarded by Psychology departments as “outdated” and “pseudoscientific”. It’s a very unfortunate situation.
Ideas and insights never die as long as we are curious.
really nice summery thank you
Thanks for the summary. The link to your website doesnt work tho.
