A look into the Planning, Assesment and Execution of a successful rescue at 9’600’ with Columbia Valley Search and Rescue, Golden Search and Rescue, Alpine Helicopters and Glacier Helicopters in the Bugaboos Provincial Park. The climber suffered a broken arm and fractured vertabrae following a fall.

Wow, looks like a tough job, flying in these weather conditions. Low clouds, fog and these landings when the snow gets blown up and all around you by he downwash! Great footage and editing!! It was a joy to watch!

OMG!! I drive by your hangar all the time (I'm a videographer in the Okanagan) and have always wondered who operated those helicopters. In a previous career I worked on helicopters for Eagle and Alpine in Calgary, so I always love seeing helicopters in the wild. Subscribed!
