Russian soldier at 4:40 almost eats the pavement... lol represents the true level of their military pretty accurately.
Dope video, love the throat singing
wow thank you so much for sharing this is an amazing journey
Thank you for sharing your journey! I'm sorry for the racial discrimination you went through, wish people were nicer.
Amazing your video. Where do you come from Nathawani
I always travel with a roll of tp and a few plastic bags. Really good to always have
You think that’s bad dumping waste straight on the track, make sure you never go to India or Pakistan they still just do it in the streets the Dirty Gits 🤮
The music ruined it for me
What a journey, congratulations :)
Wow! What an awesome series! Super jealous of your trip! I hope to do the same trip when covid disappears. How much did the whole trip cost you? And is China expensive?

Was the train toilets clean or were they piss and shitted out

how many days took to reach china?
Really enjoyable video. The music at 7:45 gave me goosebumps.
Once love from kolkata india.
Because of you i have seen the world. Bravo from india. Kolkata
Was it expensive?
I'm sure the railroads determined years ago that this was overall the most efficient way to get passengers from Western Europe into Russia, but I find myself asking if it wouldn't be faster just to do a cross-platform transfer of passengers between different gauge trains with nearly identical consists? I know it wouldn't be good if it was in the middle of the night, but for a daytime train it would work.
Great vids fella. Where next?
Wow
Sir give Ur number I want some information about visa and cost all think
how much was total cost includes all trains and food and visas ? thanx
Planning on doing something similar with my daughter. The second you said Moscow was a "mixed experience", I automatically thought about racism as its my main concern regarding travel in Russia. There's so much conflicting information. Western news media shows it to a racist hooligans paradise. Russians say it isn't so and it has more to do with the Caucasus and the novelty of non-white people in general in Russia. I know its never nice to relive the moments that hurt us, but would you care to elaborate on your experience with racial discrimination in Moscow to serve as a primer for others planning to undergo such a trip?
Hi Zara, thanks for your comment.I had the same reservations as you before going, but am happy to say that this experience of racism started and ended in Moscow. Outside of the city - especially on the train - I met some of the warmest people and I'd travel back in a heartbeat. The racism is over-exaggerated in western media and you'll be fine in Moscow if you take regular travel precautions and stick to the tourist areas. I was perhaps a bit unlucky but it wasn't more than a few dirty words while sitting on a boat, and also someone trying to snatch my backpack when I arrived (although I don't think this was racially motivated).
@@shonaknathwani5181 Thank you Shonak. We were planning to go to Odessa, Ukraine or Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan for a month or so to learn Russian. My daughter plays the flute and has taken a real liking to Soviet-era ensemble music which led her to become a Russophile of sorts. Combine that with her interest in history and the one city she wants to see most in Russia is Volgograd. Its most probable we would have to transit in and out of Moscow or St. Pete at some point depending on our itinerary Like you, we were also planning on using the Platzkart class for long distance train travel. Thanks for the tips. I really enjoyed watching your videos.
impressive impressive impressive
Amazing! I wouldn't create a thing like this ever in my life!
I've watched all 6 episodes of your adventure. Was nothing short of Epic and I have to say excellent choice of music throughout. Throughly enjoyed it.
Thanks khris!
such a nice project!
What'd the story with the visa I'm Irish so the process would be similar
Well done
Awesome, mate!
Is this reality :)
Finland has the same wide gauge - Finland was a grand duchy until the revolution when the Finns declared independence.
what could be more confusing buffers and SA3 knuckle cuplers and changing wheel sets fascinating
How much time does this process fully takes? Isnt this time consuming making the entire journey longer?
1 hour by train in Brest.
The music is fantastic 👍
they do this with passengers inside? that's weird
You want to wait outside for 4 hours?
why not just change trains?
What's the reason? Just because that you think it's "weird" to do this with passengers inside? I don't think it's weird. For me it is much more weird to get up at 3 am, pack your shit and go outside to change trains. These operations don't stop at night fyi.
I'll take the plane - though the runway asphalt probably is different.
just..amazing!.
