Tired of dealing with cavities? 😮‍💨🦷
Cavities are a common issue, but new advancements in dental care can help stop them in their tracks. Silver Diamine Fluoride is a highly effective treatment that can slow or even prevent cavity progression, especially when detected early. By penetrating and remineralizing the enamel, this treatment strengthens your teeth and offers protection against future acid erosion.
If you've been diagnosed with pre-cavities, ask your dentist if Silver Diamine Fluoride is the right solution for you.
If you would like to schedule an appointment you can do it at clarksvillecrossingdental.com/

It should not be normal to have to do a root canal or a crown after the dentist damages your teeth when doing a filling. There should be consequences and dentists shiuld be held liable for the damages.

It was extremely traumatic I thought she’d never get it out, I had 8 injections as it was infected. The dentist did take my gauze out after 3 mins as it wasn’t bleeding. But bloody hell does it still hurt even with ibuprofen, paracetamol and codeine. £400 quid and a tooth lighter.

Yup, I've been through this too. They had to flush out the infection manually because the anesthesia wasn't working. They didn't give me codeine just Panadol ibuprofen and it was the worst pain of my life. I would rather have another baby than go through that again.

The guard was the worst thing I could have done. It only added leverage to my clenching and as a result my gums have bulged out and continue to do so even after switching into a clear retainer. My smile has changed and my upper lip now retracts up under my nose because of how far my gums have been pushed forward. Its a complete nightmare snd I find it frustrating that dentists are not acknowledging or addressing this. Being a clear aligner patient caused hyper mobility in my teeth making them more suspectable to shifting while clenching. I do not recommend mouth guards to aligner patients for this reason.

For anyone on here who is experiencing pain, or any discomfort after seeing your dentists and being told "nothings wrong", i suggest going and seeing an Oral surgeon. They are real doctors, with better equipment to see what your issues might be. I wont go into a too much detail but for me i went to 3 different dentists who were highly recommended for a painful situation that they ignored because they couldnt see anything. I spent alot of money getting work done on a different tooth because they said thats the one causing you the pain....even though it was not (they seemed to think i was having referred pain). Long story short and a failed cap which led to a failed root canal later, went to an oral surgeon who showed me the original tooth had a crack in it so instead of only needing one tooth pulled i now needed two because dentists egos get in the way of them listening to you and the pain you know you feel. Sorry for the rant and good day.

Ive had 3 fillings in a year. The first took 3 months to heal, the second still hurts and needs a route canal, and the third was done 2 weeks ago and still hurts. What's going on? Have had healthy teeth all my life and have never had pain lasting longer than a day, could it be age? Only the past 2 years my fillings either never heal or take months.

I got a temporary filling 3 days ago and since 2 days i am feeling an uncomfortable itchy pain on the tooth and it is soo irritating.. I went to the dentist and he said that there's no abscess or infection and this irritation is quite normal.. But I wanted to know if it actually is normal? I mean i am not able to perform any activities because of this pain and I'm not able to eat anything from this side.... This pain had started after 1 day of filling.

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed today at once, bottom two werent bad but holy hell the top 2 were incredibly painful in my case. Not sure if there wasnt enough novocaine used in the upper areas or if it started wearing off by the time he got to those two. Anyways he finished up, threw in some stitches and gauze and the dental assistant noticed me shaking and soaked in sweat, she asked if i was feeling pain during the extractions and boy was I ever for those top two teeth. Few hours later though after taking some ibuprofen i feel better. Gums and jaw are a little sore though.

Thank you. Another dentist on another different channel said that there should be zero pain after a filling which doesn’t really make sense since you are drilling and digging inside tooth so naturally it would be inflamed or sore after. I just got two deep cavities filled on my one side and the numbing hadn’t even wore off all the way but my gums and teeth are so sore and throbbing and hurt worse than when I had cavity open. I just wanted to know if normal or not. I really liked the dentist and her team and she filled a cubits on other side a month ago and I remembered hurting a lot the first day and some the following day but this time it’s even worse but I got multiple teeth worked on this time. I appreciate this info and will wait a day or so to see if improved. As a kid, my filled cavities never hurt but they were not as deep either. I was also concerned maybe I was having a reaction to the actual composite material. The pain is pretty bad.
