They don’t know anything about music they don’t listen to musicians or composers and just pick up anyone that they think of pellets she has tell us that, so do fluids of other people who know how to write melody lines, and have really good voices and our arrangers that right on all kinds of instruments there are people with abilities that are far beyond anything that they know about they don’t want to hear music they don’t know anything, and that her music is for people who don’t listen to music who don’t know anything about music is if you just listen to commercial music you won’t know what a melody line is you won’t know what arrangements are. Commercial music is no longer viable. And if you’re just listening to commercial music she won’t know anything about harmonics or anything else.

This is, hands down, my favorite album of all time. So much of who I am today is rooted in this album.

The way she talks is so soothing

Tori lived in Jupiter, Florida. Caught a light sneeze is my favorite. I think the album Boys For Pele the album art was different than the photo on the cover now. I got the CD because of the picture was beautiful.

Sonically one of the most amazing albums ever. It's so complex. I bought it on a whim when it was released. I was in highschool. It was life changing for me for so many reasons. I had the VHS this interview appeared on and watched it until the words fell off. <3

BOYS FOR PELE is a masterpiece! Brilliant songs. Tori is an incredible musician, a real visionary who is original and unique! I have some of her other amazing albums, but this album remains my favourite.
