A simple and easy Tai Chi daily routine for beginners. This is the perfect introduction to Tai Chi for beginners. These exercises are simple, easy to perform and accessible. Combining both Tai Chi and Qigong exercises this routine is a perfect way to start or end your day for improved health and wellbeing.
This simple yet powerful routine combines easy but powerful Tai Chi and Qigong exercises that have been shown to be highly effective in relieving stress, aiding relaxation, improving mood and improving overall health and wellbeing.
These are the same exercises that I use as a warm-up for my Tai Chi classes. My students always tell me how much they enjoy them and feel benefits from. It is my hope that you too can see the benefits of these exercises.

    I've suffered a stroke and would appreciate prompts on when to exhale/inhale as this claims to be an 'easy' class.

      generally you want to inhale while lifting/raising, and exhale while lowering.. for the punches- exhale with the punch, inhale with the pull
