We so much enjoyed this presentation by you two. We are thinking about moving out of Florida and have been looking at Ryan homes in South Carolina. You were very smart to hire an inspector to check your home. I have taken your tips so when I do a home it will help greatly. So true I have been so annoyed with the customer service, gave me many so many different prices and all the way up to trying to cancel to last day of my cancellation date. It took a whole month to maybe resolve, I had to call the door sales person because they would say they had to wait to hear from him. I had to finally to text him myself to let him know that I was canceling. So happen I was talking to the 5th loyalty person at the time he called. I merge him and the loyalty person to confirm that I shouldn’t have been charge for installing and activate y contract I signed. They really try to hustle you by so call offering discount that seem it to be always notes and no one send email confirming conversation. Should have stay with the alarm system I had for 17 years. Hopefully finally tomorrow all will be better.

They biggest scammer they gonna rip you off and you cannot get away from the contract five years they’re gonna make you pay a lot of money

A senior with no wifi. Can they set me up with monitors and a loud blast if they get triggered. No landline, but cell phone.??????? Wifi is a big monopoly where I live and not affordable. Had ADT 7 years ago with a landline. Expensive....

How did you avoid a contract?

Hi do you know the brand and color of the paint that the construction company used on walls? It’s a cheap, chalky texture. I just need to do a touch up before I move out but I don’t know what to match with

I’m no longer able to play back what the cameras record!!!! What good is this system if you’re unable to use the play back from what the cameras picked up?!?! Of course I was told that now I have to buy something else before I can play back what the camera’s picked up!!! I really feel like this system was a really bad decision!!! I’m telling people that are looking for a home security system, do NOT use Vivant BC after you get comfortable and figure out how to see what the cameras picked up, then BAM, now you have to buy MORE equipment to have that feature. I really feel I’ve been once again screwed!! I’m really disappointed in this company. Buyer Beware!!😮😮😮

I lived in my brand new home in Montana for 10 years and never had a nail pop. I didn’t know what that was until I moved to Ohio. My Montana home was built on clay type soil just like they say my current home is built on and now have about 2 dozen nail pops. Not sure why I hear so often that nail pops are inevitable in a new build. It is not necessarily “normal”.

Thank you so very much for your video! I had the exact same experience on pricing...my orginal price was the lowest; however, after speaking to two others since, my price has nearly doubled. I guess the final price will lock in after we meet with the installer in the next week or so.
