    If only there was a place I could go to every few weeks or so to get this sort of fascia/soft tissue-loosening therapy done all over. I would love to feel like a boneless cat, or a supple leopard

    Why don’t you get actual nutrition experts like Dr. Gaberial Lyons, dr Peter attia, dr cate shanahan. Never take nutrition from a physical therapist. Vegan diet is malnutrition. It’s that simple. Dayne was saying he had more injuries, what’s with that?

    The word 'pickle' as a filter to make sure that we don't take ourselves too seriously, to keep out those that are too uptight is genius. The other one is, nursing an injury and not being able to play is like getting detention when you're a kid and you can't go to recess, yeah

    Relative to your comments at the beginning, I am surprised that not more people seem to have discovered you. I did, a week ago, and have been watching most of your pods; I get great value. Recovery is SUCH and important part of training and performing, that we all need all the guidance we can get. Thanks for this

    I’m very motivated to doing what it takes to get past all my low back pain(tight hips). I did pt for this a year and a half ago, and the problem is back.When you were going through this, what was your best sleep position? I’m in more pain lying down.

      Sorry for the late reply Angie. I sleep all over the place, but when I'm really struggling I need a pillow between my knees. I can't stress how important hip and mid back mobility have been. Brien's insights on here are so on point. Good luck!

    As a chiropractor, personal trainer and massage therapist can say that you need to be very wary about the products promoted and these videos. Let the buyer beware

    • @pickleballrecovery
      @pickleballrecovery 6 місяців тому

      I am neither a chiropractor, personal trainer, nor a massage therapist, and I can say you should always be wary of products. Callie's own admittance to the same fact hopefully displays the honesty of what it's like as an athlete. We struggle, and we look for products and practices that help us. If they do, we tell others what worked for us.

    Hi Tim!! I met you at James's pb court! I just entered my first pb tourney (a ladder) at TPC and won the gold! All credit to James! I completely relate to your pb experience, especially catching a hawk, or any bird, flying over the courts at Tustin! I'm saying, Look at that bird, and everybody's looking at me like my looney. Nature is my church and always has been. Love that you feel the same. Anyway, after the tourney, 8 back-to-back games on a hot Saturday afternoon, my elbow took a big hit. I couldn't even pick up my water bottle, full or not, right after the games. I'm still recuperating and have laid off playing much for the past few weeks. I used my new Prolite paddle, particularly designed to absorb shock, so surprised I injured my elbow. My previous paddle, also a Prolite, never ever caused me a problem. I've never had a physical reaction to play so not liking that this has put me out.

    😂 Thanks, I needed to hear that about intensity, duration and frequency. Deep down I knew I was overdoing it while I had a group of teachers to play with often who had a lot of free time this summer. The other day I limited myself from my usual two and a half hours to just 90 minutes. I felt like I cheated myself but did feel better the remainder of the day. I will incorporate more rest between games as well as more warm ups and cool downs. Thank you for your expert care to us picklers. 😅🎉

Thanks again you do a great job with your interviews.

FDA approval is also big. Think I'll give Dr. Song a call and talk more. Thank you for the information hope, more people see it and follow this blog.
