Jackie and I took a road trip in our electric car (BMW I-4) to enjoy some of California. We stayed near Carmel, south of Monterey and enjoyed Point Lobos State Park, part of CA 1 to Big Sur and then north to Moss Landing where we had a boat tour of Elkhorn Slough to see a diversity of wildlife.

I led a trip from Dry Creek north to the top of Monroe Mountain Peak. Along the way we came across a large flock of sheep. It was beautiful mountain scenery within the Fishlake National Forest east of Marysvale, UT. Our group was from the AZ ATV Riders (azatvriders.club/) and the ride occurred in August 2024.

One of the rides of the Paiute Trail Jamboree was one to Adelaide Campground on the south end of the Pahvant Mountain Range near Kanosh, UT. It is in the Fishlake National Forest, north of Marysvale, UT. The ride takes you through some beautiful aspen forests. One of the rides of the Paiute Trail Jamboree, out of Marysvale, UT was a ride to the top of Tip Top for an amazing view. Tip Top is west of Marysvale within a parcel of private land that is within the Fishlake National Forest. The AZ ATV Riders (azatvriders.club/) traveled to Marysvale to participate in August 2024.

We traveled from our camp north of Big Lake, near Greer, AZ, to Alpine, AZ. We had a great lunch and then returned to camp. This was a ride by the AZ ATV Riders, azatvriders.club/ in July 2024.

In July, 2024, we camped near Big Lake (near Greer, AZ) in the White Mountains, which is over 9,000 feet in elevation. We traveled south of FS 409 to the Black River Canyon overlook and then to a supposedly haunted grave of Oscar Schultz. This was a Club ride for the AZ ATV Riders, azatvriders.club/.

I led a ride from Colcord Campground, south of Forest Lakes, to Young, AZ in July 2024. The entire ride was within the Tonto National Forest. The ride was organized as part of the AZ ATV Riders Club, azatvriders.club/.

Rattlesnake Relocation Training was put on by Phoenix Herpetological Sanctuary. Our Trainer was Cale Morris, Venom Manager. I sometimes see snakes on the road when out doing ATV rides and wanted a way to safely move them so they would not be run over and killed. I learned a lot about snakes. Cale was an excellent teacher who was a stickler on safety.

I led a group from Mayer, AZ to Palace Station, a historic Stage Stop, and then to Crown King, AZ. We also went to the top of the highest mountain in the Bradshaws, Towers Mountain, to see a Forest Service Fire Lookout and several communications towers. From there we went into Crown King and had lunch at the Crown King Saloon.

I led a ride from near Cherry, AZ up Mingus Mountain and then to Cottonwood, AZ for lunch. On return, we visited the top of the mountain where hang gliders flew off the mountain. This was a ride by the AZ ATV Riders, azatvriders.club/.

Our Club ended a 3 day ride event by going across Crackerjack Road, north of Payson, AZ and then we traveled through Payson using the airport road to FS 67 which took us back to our camp off the Doll Baby Ranch Road, FS 406. AZ ATV Riders, azatvriders.club/.
