@ Sometimes it just be like that. The undercover gauge is such a cool concept. Though I am curious, I've noticed that you guys often use Keter Sanctuary decks. Is that because you all love the nation? Not complaining of course, I'm merely curious.

@@nobo6162 Yeah, I would say I personally play almost exclusively keter, because outside of Standard, I am OBSESSED with Angel Feather. Jack, is a bit more flexible, but Youthberk and Liael Amorta are his two favorite decks of all time, but simultaneously, he's a HUGE giant robot fan, so originally the concept of our team, was Brandt Gate and Keter. That said, we know that kind of content can get repetitive. We've recently picked up staples from other nations, and we've been splitting cases as a team, so we can feature all the nations on the channel and not limit ourselves on our lore videos!

@ I completely understand having a favorite. I mainly play Brandt Gate myself and am working towards building all Brandt Gate decks. I have five decks finished and optimal while working on several others. I do have Zorga Nadir which is super fun too though. My favorite deck hands down is Daiyusha and I feel like it will stay that way. That aside though I am also happy to hear that you guys are branching out into different nations. You still have plenty of stories to tell with Keter and I look forward to Youthberk and Mordalion's revolution and where it takes him.

Honestly your comment just gave us a really good idea on a part 3, we hadn’t talked about what we were planning next but you just gave us a spark, to give Youthberk a compelling and emotional narrative conclusion to our mini arc!

Definitely agree, my goal with these profiles is to make decks that are competitive as possible but also knowing that we have our team’s resources to experiments 😅

I can try and come up with one. The nice thing is, is Virile Core dragon does the majority of the board building. Cerrgaon is definitely a nice card but not as budget friendly. I can try testing a version that uses painkiller angel, because you’ll be soul blasting the angel promo out of soul anyways!

@shiranui_mains decklog-en.bushiroad.com/view/5W7NG So I went super budget with this one, if you own a regalis, i'd def put one in, like caliburn or bracing angel ladder. with this build, it's still doing similar things, but you have to watch how you use soul, which should be fine since you're not playing the order pile angel, and Gredach can put a card from top deck to soul. I still have the Wisdom Order in the deck because you still wanna be able to build hand, and a board, between that and Virile Core, you should absolutely be able to do that.

I think midhat is a good fit! You’re not gonna need the excessive soul, the only harm is they won’t draw you cards till you’re on grade 3! But it’s a great budget fit

Teithfalt works very specifically well in Rezael because of the fact that you really don’t need a “specific” rear guard to get the best value, and that’s why it’s worked the best there despite seeing some success in other Keter decks. Vrygilla however can just revive a unit from the drop, and if you don’t have a mate unit, that’s what you’re calling. And the order will call another unit. At most, during persona you can call the energy cycler to get shenri back. And sure lateefa can check top 5 for an Order *if* you played an order, you’re better playing the other grade 2 from hand, to check top 7, coz he gets boost, or use Justina!

The problem with Lateefa is that Vyrgilla would often have a board clog issue because of how Vyrgilla would always revive a rear and the ultimate skill to call another rear

I think that was a calculated decision. This is the first Vanguard manga to be in Corocoro, which has had Pokemon, Beyblade, etc in it for years. It’s a huge deal at expanding the growth of the game with a younger audience while being able to cater Divinez to an older audience! The manga is really fun too!

Yeah it’s something I really tried, even back when the deck first came out, and before the deck it felt clunky but moreso even now. You don’t have enough board removal to ever get the +10k, you’d rather have your g3 and g2 mate units on your front row, because it nets you huge attack power, and a counter charge+draw. She doesn’t get her effect if Vyrgilla calls her from the drop because that’s by a unit effect. You generate a LOT of energy coz of the extra energy charge per turn, so you can use the cyclers, and the cyclers let you bring back Shenris from the drop (or even cosmor!)

It’s the first time I had fun playing dragon empire xD it’s a really cool deck!

Oh interesting, I figured Japhkiel would be in “stand-by” till trigger checks would resolve, but I suppose that makes sense, fortunately that seems to be pretty easy to avoid considering 2 face down CB for angel feather is really only usually possible during the Uriel turn, I’m usually completely turning the whole damage zone face up during Zafkiel

oh I don't inherently disagree, because Gold Paladin's are made up of both Shadow Paladin and Royal Paladin knights. But the artist who did all the designs was also the Revengers and Liberator's artist. My through line is that Youthberk's Original Revoldress very much give the visage of Revengers, specifically Mordred, and Full Blast is like Liberator Gancelot. That's the themes I really like to play with when I'm writing Youth's stories here. Especially considering Ariadne, who explicitly is a Shadow Paladin a part of the Skyfall Knights who designed Youth's Revoldress, and is the closest to replicating the original Blaster Armaments. Alden, Bastion and Thegrea have "Blaster like" weapons but they don't hold a candle to the orignal or Revoldress! This will play in an upcoming video when we do a tag fight between Mordalion + Youthberk vs Alden + Bastion :) but definetely compare the original Mordred and Liberator Gancelot armor to the revoldress forms, you really do see the Royal paladin (Youth as a child/teen) to Shadow Paladin and at the end, a Gold Paladin.

I went 5-1-1 in standard with Rezael and got 54th, sadly I didn’t make top cut cos I had a double loss in round 5 that really hurt my tie breakers. I was about to win too :c premium was mixed but 4-3 can’t complain and it was great to see friends! And the new studio space is amazing. I’ll try and record a short today and post so everyone can see it!

That’s gonna be the interesting part, there’s small direct support in set 5, but it’s gonna have to be experimenting through generics. There’s the new grade 1 that can search for grade 3’s that’s basically a better tolpaz, meaning you can search for Virile core giving you a bit more board building. But I’m gonna have to test the meta considering how much Rezael and Levidras ramp.

@MidheavenVG will u need to change this current list a lot?

@KaseySendou I really don’t think so, unless something just incredibly power creeps. It’s just a versatile deck, being able to swarm the board every turn, deck thin, things like that. Maybe that generic order that SB in set 6 will replace wisdom!

It’s not! One of my close friends went to visit his family in Thailand and it was an officially released mat over there. Malkuth is my favorite deck of all time and I had to use it during my profile!

We have messed with builds with Baldereid and I think he’s really up to playstyle! And while Elbard can hit huge, I think it’s also up to playstyle but additionally we have the grade 3 that’s coming out that’s a D-Robo and Pansmermia will be able to search him during persona ride turns! There’s a lot of flexibility based on your preferences and playstyle!

Yeah it was a challenge because the lighting, but we have a new studio space with better controlled lighting so our next tag fight videos are gonna look really clean!

It’s extremely versatile which is rare for a lot of decks when they first come out! We are excited about the set 6 support because it genuinely seems like it just doesn’t keep the status quo of the deck but elevates it!

Agreed, while she isn't a named piece, I think the guard restrict with Glorybringer is massive. Dai Trucker is cool since he can act as a 10/15k booster. I wasn't a big fan of Dai Winger since he was a grade 2 or below but I was really hoping that we would get something to recycle Goyusha. That aside though, him being able to temporarily call out units is super good at helping us maintain our resources in soul

@@nobo6162 I think they made him a grade 3, because if he was a grade 2, he lowkey might be broken. He becomes shield, which is really cool, he gets a lot bigger as well, on top of that, as you said, puts the unit back into soul, which helps prevent daiyusha's cards from bein bound by decks like, blang, plus his skill is really fantastic, because what takes two bases to do, he does by himself, for the same value. so you can actually rest the bases more often, and use him to call the units out, saving you a lot of energy long term! and yeah, glory bringer is insane! i could see her being a 4 of!

So I need to heavily experiment a lot more, I do think the grade 2 cat is a pretty decent card, it might possibly replace quadracast sorceress, I’m a bit mixed on the grade 1, because in theory, being able to search for Hexa is incredible, but it really requires you to use CB so early to get the full value. That being said, I might experiment with the Alden grade 1 in the ride line, so I can try to get full value. I haven’t experimented too much since I’ve been really focusing on BCS that we have coming up this weekend! I really like bradiark but grade 1 ratios are always super tough, I find it hard to cut the little witch that can self retire to add a front or crit from drop, because it really comes clutch. Hexaorb just needs a better way at building up hand, while being able to stack triggers, we are absolutely close for that, but I do admit, I have trouble with decks like Blangdemire, who can just kill you out out of nowhere with their divine skill. But still, new support might help, because searching for persona definitely helps with that match up!

@MidheavenVG do you think it's worth going for an 8 cycle playstyle w/ bradiarks and 2 of the searchers? I think the going second games need a stupid hand to live, so that's what I've been playing with so far.

Well with my current build I actually do 4+2 cyclers. 4 biscottis (since the deck Doesn’t use energy) plus two spiral cuties because you don’t want to overuse the soul. That with bradiark does create efficient room for drawing cards early! I don’t think you need 8 imo
