Wow you did a beautiful job of that, this brings back childhood memories, i used to love this show as a kid. I still enjoy it and think it was ahead of its time. We just don't get shows like this any more. Some creature effects look dodgy but overall it was good effects.

That's really impressive. I bought the Tomy diecast Enterprise about the same size cause I have no modeling skills. My only shot was to get one in metal and just enjoy someone else's talent for such things.

That paint did you use? Is is on the inside only? Is there a clear frost on the outside?

Paul Sawtell's score is so nice. If you listen to the whole thing very closely, you'll hear one bit (at 1:04 in this video) that sounds like it made it into Close Encounters. John Williams may need to send Paul Sawtell a royalty check.

Funny how no one has built a full scale Seaview to use as a tourist vehicle with the Glass windows and galley and flying sub that skims the water.

Very impressive detailing and workmanship that was done to both the Seaview and the Flying Sub. The display board was nicely done. I love the logo in the middle and the ocean blue effect.

My old friend Don Marshall would have gotten a Kick out of seeing the finished Spindrift , it if he hadn't died before his time back in 2016 Here's an interesting fun fact I just found out , Did You know that Kurt Kasnar actually came up with the name "SPINDRIFT" ? How about that? Old Fitzhugh himself can't wait to see the finished product I always regretted never having the chance to see the original Set because it was many Years after L.O.T.G. that I met Don . However I do have a copy of the Original Spindrift Blueprints that Don Gave Me. keep up the great work Later Jake
