This place allows you to slip in and hunt on the fringes, while leaving the center of the farm as a sanctuary. It lays big, almost like two separate farms. One look at the aerial map and you'll see how well it sets up for un-intrusive hunting. The area, south central Iowa (south of Albia) has high deer numbers and quality genetics. Access from multiple sides, lays bigger than 369 acres, diverse...

Ben and Chelsea Hartman you should move to Buffalo Montana and move into Lance Hughe's cabin in Buffalo Montana.
According to my history books, the hand stenciled floors mean someone’s wife liked how they looked, so her husband stenciled them on the floor for her.
Nice place. Built one in Schuyler. We are lucky to live in this part of the country!
Great video! This is exactly what I needed.
Looking to do a doe hunts
A beautiful cabin.
Toby, how far is it from my place?
Hey Ernie .. the cabin in north of town basically turn north at Casey’s and go about 10 minutes past fair grounds ..
@erniesantana508 Toby says probably not quite a 30 minute drive
Spectacular Bobby and Toby
Next time we get a gully washer I know where I’m going! That fireplace is screaming for some dutch oven action
You call them gulley washers…. We call them toad floaters.
I love staying at the cabin!! Truly feels like a treehouse. Great job on the restoration.
You’re the man Bobby!!! Beautiful place ya got there
I'm just 32 minutes south of this location
Do you get a lot of squeaky stands? I put the bottom ratchet on too but I’m not looking for it to lock in it seems to make a lot of noise. After a couple sits are give it another click or two on that one😊
I don’t get to many squeeky ones .. locking in the bottom def can help ..
It looks like a beautiful place. And I'm sad to say, I can only imagine you guys are driving the price of land way up out there. The whole country is getting to be unaffordable
Can’t hate on another man for bettering his own life though, let me be clear though I wasn’t saying that you were just wanted to clear that up
Every single hunter is driving the price up. Want a premium experience? You’ll pay for it. Want to be a “meat hunter” and shoot whatever? You’ll drive others to pay for better. Want to be the next guy hunting public? You’ll push the enjoyment down for those there and make private worth more. Paying an outfitter or leasing to one? …. You get the point. There are far larger realtor groups and shady tactics… At least these guys truly love the game and share knowledge. The solution is buy what you’d like and use it as you’d like… whether for habitat your way or access to those that rather complain than create.
The opportunity to hunt where you live is quickly dwindling thanks to companies like these guys buying up ground and selling it to wealthy non-residents.
Hope for an update on the Kansas farm soon!
Would half to disagree!!!!
Price??
The warp stabilizer in editing has got to go, makes the viewer dizzy and is distracting. Must have the same editor as Stay Grounded because those kids do it on the entire video and its impossible to watch.
love those duct taped boots 6:50 LOL
Love what your doing but hate that your buying everything and pushing the prices of land and hunting through the roof
Sweet
My buddy sent me some cell cam pics from his place in Iowa. Jerk.
Dream farm!
lol nice tax write off .Looks like your living your best life.
Dam guy! A plane?? Nice!!!!
How much does something like this cost ?
More than it should be! Rough ground in western IL starts around 7500/acre as of lately.
Millions
Bobby’s farms seems pretty reasonably priced. But in general land is pricey now and will continue to be
Sounds beautiful but at that AmAAAZING sales price at a low $5000 ish an acre your looking at $800000 plus !!🙄🙄 I own 270 acres in Pennsylvania and Not too many people I know can fork out $800000 or a Cool Million for a Hunting farm 🤔 ??? 🙄🙄 Beautiful place n great Genetics on it without question .. Great for someone looking to become n outfitter !! 😎
Takes feeders in Iowa where there is nothing but ag hmmm
Is this one for sale?
It was but it sold. Thanks
@@TheWhitetailGroupI’d like to be on this list in the area.
I'm sorry but from my experiences during rut time, a bucks bedroom is wherever that hot doe he's on wants it to be. Good luck
I appreciate the videos. Thanks
@@alxb2003 hey man thank you so much !
Bobby what brand name low cut boots are you wearing? Great video
Huck fishing boots .. they are actually really nice for this stuff light water proof low and I duct tape them and it makes a huge difference with bug bites!
Yep wish i had a couple million
@@stevegermain1222 all you need is 1 😂
Even rural people leaving Hellinois as the taxes will eat you alive among other reasons. They're all coming here to MO or Arkansas or TN where we still have some freedom (but heading in the wrong direction)
@@SuperLooneyrooney we are not leaving Illinois
Not all of us. I’m sticking it out because the only folks coming here are land investors and rich hunters. I’ve been in these Red states and this influx from blue states is driving the costs up to the point where it’s not much cheaper anyways! I am a IL conservative for the record.
@@midwesternoutdoorsandnatur8272 Keep up the good fight. you rural conservative folks in IL have been trampled on for years. I live in MO and yes, the land prices have shot up the past 5 yrs or so and although it is a red state, our state govt. actually sucks. Alot of people don't realize it yet and are too complacent, but we are 5-7 yrs. behind places like IL as far as overall freedoms being lost, but it is mostly due to RINOs in our state government. Certainly in almost all states, the trend is going the wrong way
@@SuperLooneyrooney
I love realtors, every property is a “ one of a kind”.
I’m not a realtor … I own the farm … 😂
That’s a dream farm!
Excited to watch this!!!!!
So let me get this straight... you don't want to do habitat work in your timber because the less you hunt the better it is? Can't make this stuff up.
@@usernamehere6061 you definitely misunderstood something …. This is a lease where we are not allowed to do anything ..that’s all
@@TheWhitetailGroup No thats what you said. "Most people would go in the timber and thicken it up but on this property the deer love the open timber bc I rarely pressure it with hunting"
Thanks for sharing some good safety knowledge
A lot of knowledge between those ears.
@@Blue_CollarTV 😂
Can you attach listing? Is it still for sale?

Price?
If you want more info, shoot us a message on FB, IG, or email us
congrats. you managed to say absolutely nothing while rambling words out of your mouth for almost 60 whole seconds
I been throwing this idea around to a few hunting channels like yours, you pick a random track of woods in different areas around the states, the tracks of land can be private or public big or small, your basically laying out how you would set up that particular parcel. That’s the content that would explode in views because it’s wanted
Absolutely, check out some of our other videos as we're already doing this. We are showing how we are setting up an over-the-top developed farm versus a lease where were limited on what all we can do.
At 00:22:18, you become a little kid, giddy as can be. 😂
....I definitely read that as "using your hot *wife*"
Where can I find a drury hunt on this farm??
Hi Bobby, Good information. Quick question, why is the camera so low?
Hey man which cam in particular give me a time stamp! Thanks
