@@benjamindavis9214the full spec of the car is in the description but heres some more detailed stuff The front 300mm brake upgrade isnt a must, but the original 282mm setup the car came with was seized. PBS make pads for 282 calipers so if your planning on track driving the stock crv caliper takes the same pad as ek9 civic & 98 spec dc2 integra. If you need new discs get pagid blanks from euro car parts (civic cup race proven) I had the 300mm stuff laying around, accord type r ch1 discs & ep3 calipers so it worked out fine. I needed some washers to space the carrier out from the hub To fully remove 4wd, i had a delete plate machined up to bolt onto the gearbox so i could remove the transfer case. I split the rear driveshafts down and left the outer cv cups bolted into the wheel bearings (they would collapse otherwise) I would highly recommend this, the engine revved so much faster. Thats it really, pretty simple car to mess around with. I had more fun in this than the ep3s ive had If i was going to do it again i would get a chinese skunk2 inlet manifold copy, hondata s300 ecu and get it mapped. I think it would upset some more cars then

Calipers are just stock ep3 ones Discs are accord type r ch1 Its a stock ek9 manifold, purely just to keep cost down. It has a 2.5" collector so makes same power as aftermarket On track its not fast, but it drives surprisingly well. Mk1 crv is based off ek civic Likes to rev & the gearbox comes with a 4.5 final drive stock which is pretty good I will do a walk around at somepoint

@@joe_ek4 thanks for the reply yer im doing mods to my crv rd1 done super speed upper wish bones from ek bpo(tru heart) coil overs hard race rear camber arms doing hard race lower control arms and was looking at brake upgrade how is it with the brake balance? I know the piston sizes are the same just the disc are 18mm bigger and do you use the ep3 caliper carrier as well and which brake hoses do you use crv or ep3? Does the header still kick over like the crv 1 as im keeping the awd set up but will be locking the centre diff and putting a vc in the propshaft. Ok as im building a full 3 inch from header back for mine as thinking going boosted later on and had a ton of 3 inch stainless laying around after build a 3inch exhaust for my gc8. @@benjamindavis9214 yeah use ep3 carriers as well. To be honest I only fitted them because i had them lying around. The stock crv 282mm brakes are the same as ek9 & dc2 so plenty of good pad & disc combos available. The ek9 manifold doesnt kick over to the side, had to delete transfer box to make my exhaust. But i wanted to go fwd anyway Running r32 skyline gtst wheels with road tyres Also run some disgusting facelift mk2 crv wheels with r888r track tyres on
