It's a traditional Zimbabwean song "mhondoro". The beat (done here with the drumsticks at 1:30, incorrectly i might add but better than most adaptations) is known as "mhande" and goes with the song mhondoro, but in Shona culture every beat is known by it's own name regardless of the song it's in also having another name, just depends on which is the main focus.
