Happy to see u recovering well. One thing i wanted to mention as a mom of a 7mo who's also formula fed, they say to make sure the water is not left to cool more than 30 mins. I read formula is non sterile, so the water shouldn't be less than 70 degrees or something like that. U can do ur research of course but it should say on the container. Hope that helps. Ur doing great and motherhood looks great on u, newborn stage is hard but it does get easier! ❤

With my first, I was induced and the contractions were waaaaay worse. I NEEDED an epidural. With my second, I went into labor naturally and the contractions were waaaaay easier to deal with and I didn’t end up getting an epidural Alhamdulilah. I think the induction is what makes the contractions so horrible.

Maybe I missed this but did you talk about formula vs breastfeeding and your decision on that?
