This is good advice for everyone, regardless of the situation. Don't wait for an emergency to do these things. It won't matter at that point. The other thing people can do is stop listening to mainstream media and get out of their echo chambers. Getting well balanced, legitimate information will help everyone's mental state. Talk to people who DON'T push fearmongering. And don't forget to breathe and drink water.

WAY 2 MUCH

I did this hike today! But I only got to the first Gem Lake as I was too tired. Still, a great hike! Cold in the morning, but temps in the 60's in the afternoon. Glad I started in the morning, seeing the rising Sun's light on the peaks and the air so clear. I spent the prior day at Mammoth Lakes to get acclimated. Happy Hiking! Andy
