A while ago, councils decided to write their own summons instead of using the lawful way of having them issued by a court. Councils have been proven to be acting unlawfully in doing this. The single mum went to jail for ignoring a court order, not for 'failing to pay' There is a difference.

No I'm so sick of this, the only reason individuals get into massive debt is. They are buying larger ticket items on BNPL The companies give you clear terms & conditions on paying it back before end of terms most charge you zero interest if the balance is paid in full. But most just leave it then wack tones of interest gets lumped on top People need to take more responsibility for their actions Don't borrow what you can't afford to pay back The system doesn't need more regulation, it's people that need to learn more about self-control.

Most of these stupid speed limits were set in the 1960s when stopping distances were measured in miles not metres. Im in Scotland and my cat bill was 5000 for less than 24 hours. He was an emergency and vet said he swallow a rats tail. This was a hairball as saw the specimen and took a photo. The vets said l showed a fraudulent screenshot of pet insurance and no idea why. The put more lies on court papers and l paid 2600 and the took me to court for 2000 l would have paid quickly in installments as recieve state pension. In the small claims country the claiment liied again saying l earn over 1000 a week. My reaction was shock at more lies. I lost the case and reported the lies to win the case as it effected the case . Its now being investigated and a company sorted out my pensions, l was blocked by the sheriff clerk for saying the claiment keeps lying. Bailiffs have been stopped and this story was built on lies as vets wanted a full lump sum of more money. Any advice appreciated
