It's not an omelette , a pan cake actually. .......If there 's no baking powder it's a roti or chapati...( flat bread)
Does the black salt retain its sulphurness after cooking? Not better t add after cooking?
Better to add after cooking. You can use less the flavor does loose its strength.

You should not be giving up eggs. There is a reason they were hard to give up and that is because they have essential fatty acids in. Read again the word 'essential'. Eat eggs.

that's a pancake (I'm talking about a real pancake, not an american pancake, which is thicker and smaller); no eggs => no omelet (or omelette, if you are british)
We call it chickpea dosa in South India. This video was such a waffle.

we are plant-based, that means no oil
Agree I never use oil . I use water and it works great if you stir it consistently to avoid it sticking.

Hi dear, Thanks for the video. I've been a vegan for many years but never learnt how to use chickpea flour properly. My omelette came out very tick, but tasty! I'll had even more water next time. This was my dinner today and I don't need anything else, really. Thank you. :)

Cool but... Chickens poop an egg every day. If they're free range and well treated what's the problem with having eggs??

Also, normal chickens don’t “poop” and egg daily. Do some research on how many eggs normal kept chickens lay compared to cage kept
If your not interested in meat free alternatives WHY come here and comment. You want meat and eggs. FINE don’t come here questioning what and why we do what we do. Ugh!!!
You do realize that chickens are manipulated to produce many eggs a day. They are given too many chemicals to produce a lot of eggs and antibiotics.
