Let’s Talk Trees looks at the Afforestation Scheme and some of the forest-type options available. Get one-to-one advice from our experts on which afforestation scheme suits your land. Note that the Department covers 100% of the costs to establish the forest, and payments for up to 20 years and earnings are Income Tax-Free. Plus, additional support schemes are available to help maintain your forest. You will also hear from farmers who have planted trees and discover how forestry has become part of their farm enterprise.
