Will meditation lead us to a kind of detachment from the society ???? Also, at some occasions anti social behaviour meditation cheyyunnavaril kandittund... Is this right??
Yes Jithin, some amount of detachment can be expected in the long term.. but detachment would not be directly from society.. have explained this in another video on "what to expect when you meditate".. not sure if meditation would be a priority for anti social people

No it's true We started meditation with 5 minute in the beginning now going in a good way, taught my children too. For beginners 2 minute, 5 minute practice is good to manage breathing and restless, slowly can increase timing
Even 5 minutes will bring change
