It's not expendive,so there would be little advantage in copying it. If it were a $200.00 fragrance, then cutting it with alcohol might be profitably. Stay away from Sony. If your headphones don't break physically, they will by software update. I don't trust this brand anymore after so many disappointments. I have Wh1000xm3, WF1000xm4, sony phone, tv and they all broke down right after the 1yr warranty period.

I just bought one on Amazon Mexico and the color of the liquid is like the one on the left, but the lid is the same as the one on the right. What I notice is that the fragrance does not last more than 1 or 2 hours, for that reason it made me think that it is not original, it is the first time I have bought this perfume. acabo de comprar uno en amazon mexico y el color del liquido es como el de la izquierda ,pero la tapa es igual al de la derecha. lo que noto es que la fragancia no dura mas de 1 o 2 horas por esa razon mi hizo pensar que no es original,es la pimera vez que compro este perfume.

The one on the left is an older formulation with the original sprayer collar, probably should have a heavier (and metal) cap with the so-called 'real one' on the right AKA newer formulation having a lighter plastic cap.

You got an older fragrance batch. The reformulated batch now has cheap plastic caps instead of the metal caps. If you not want the "fake" one I'll gladly take it from you.

I have the same problem and it was exactly broke like you did. The spare parts are also expensive for just a piece of small plastic and not to mention not durable. I had mine used for 2 years before it started to break and only using them at home and during commute. I had this fix myself and I DONT RECOMMEND to fix this by yourself if you’re not experience in soldering. I recommend buying a newer version, the XM5 than XM3 and XM4. It has better structural design and less likely to break in the future
