I was born in San Andres Island, Colombia!
I moved to Montreal, Quebec, Canada with my mom at a young age.
I pretty much grew up in Montreal, got my CHEMICAL ENGINEERING DEGREE (FKING PROUD) @ McGill University!
Fitness has always been # 1 in my life, it has helped me in all aspects & ever since I found weight training, it completely changed my life!
My Fitness journey has not always been good, I suffered from an Eating Disorder at 16 & only found my way out a couple of years ago.
I am here to motivate you & help you in your fitness journey so you don't screw up like me:)!
