The one thing I always hated was Rhaenyra left KL.

Alicent was true to her king. She stayed loyal to her king, birthed three children for him, tried to cherish his wish at the end of his life. What more can you ask for from a women? Rhaenyra is the heir, however, her actions reflected how poor her behaviors are. As a grandfather, looking down, I would want to leave the crown to my sons, knowing that my daughter does not cherish her duties for her man and my grandchildren. At this point, I don't know know who my grandchildren's baby daddy is. I'm team Alicent on this one.

This made me so mad. In the book Alicent was gonna make Aegon the king no matter what Viserys said. As soon as Viserys died she and Otto told Aegon he needs to be king or else Rhaenyra will kill him his siblings and his children because he’ll be a threat to her reign. Aegon even says “what kind of brother steals his sisters birth right?” showing that Aegon really didn’t want the throne and didn’t want the dance of the dragons to happen.

I really don’t understand how the writers are going to explain how these literal toddlers suddenly become the 11 year old and 9 year old children from the books. Since the war only takes at most 2 years. There’s no way they can age suddenly to be young boys trying to rule what remains of the kingdom, ESPECIALLY since they are supposed to be engaging in dragonback battle(Aegon at least) in less then a year after this scene which is a pivotal part of the story since there is a whole side plot where Viserys disappears presumed dead AND Rhaenyra is supposed to try and flee with Aegon in the end who must be old enough to actually understand and talk since the two years after the war he is basically under house arrest by a council of regents. Small things like this make no sense to me, same with straight up just eliminating Daeron Targaryen also plays a pivotal role in the books. Unless they plan to make the war last much much longer in the show I don’t know how they are going to not retcon these two children who can’t even really walk around on their own, unless they just recast

I could watch Daemon all day throwing shade at Alicent and Otto. Don’t get me wrong, Viserys was in terrible pain, his body decaying away bit by bit like a rotten, dying tree however he was of sound enough mind to defend Rhaenyra to his own last breath in speaking of Aegon the Conqueror’s Dream. I cannot wait to see the finally fate of Alicent and Otto. I hope they both remain alive to the end of their days to drown in self pity for their actions. Thanks for uploading.

Aegon was on the throne for half a year poisoned by his own men and died , Alicent came to dislike the color green and died with only her regrets with in her mind all cause they didn't wanna see a women on the thorne

I can't stand Daemon, i just can't. Miserable hypocrite who went to play the good brother at the last minute and on top of that to belittle Alicent who was the only one who was taking care of a husband who never cared for her or their children, and Alicent is supposed to be the bad guy in the story. I don't understand how Rhaenyra can be with him, he's a pain in the ass. (And yes, I can understand the criticism of Rhaenyra too, but she's not by far as shitty as him). I clarify that I am talking about their versions for the show, because I have not yet read the book. Anyway, I wish Rhaenyra had fed that wretch to her dragon. Poor Alicent, she deserved so much more than to be everyone's chess piece, i love her so much ❤

You can just feel the pain radiating from Daemon here. As a grown man I’ll admit I teared up at this part. Especially knowing what is to come in the books. Matt Smith is truly a phenomenal actor.

Out of all honesty Rhaenyra and Daemon are rather unnecessarily rude and presumptuous here. And to be honest what do they expect? Thay have not been in Kings Landing in years. They left on their own accord and left the Hightowers with the job of tending to the kingdom. If they were concerned with decorum and influence why did they leave in the first place? And Viserys is very sick. What was Alicent supposed to do? Let him suffer and rot away without at least trying to ease his pain? Their priorities should be Viserys and Luke's inheritance not how the Red Keep in decorated.

1) Having Westerling still be alive makes no sense in my mind. 2) Lyman’s death be accidental just makes Criston look like a Buffoon in silver armour. Dumb decision. 3) Alicent not knowing or being on board with the plot makes genuinely no sense, one second she thinks Rhaenyra will butcher her kids, then she’s in love with her, and now she is a Green because she misunderstood her rambling, half dead husband? Dumb decision. Other then that, great scene. I especially love Tyland here as you see just how he’s got comfortable with his position in Kings Landing, also how he brushes Lyman off by stating that most the lords who swore the oath 20 years ago are dead. Also… luv to the best Beeeeesbury that ever buzzed ❤️

What’s crazy to me is how alicent says he blinded by pain but yet he got up for HIS DAUGHTER & he seemed unwell but not blind with pain
