Would there be any fitment issues without the body lift? I have the same truck you do in a single cab config and it seems to be hard to find a body lift ford the diesel version of these trucks.

Where did you get the adapter plates from engine to transmission

You can do without the stand alone trans shifter...run the white wire from your alternater into your gray wire on the crank sensor....provided you still have the original electric throttle...i myself incorperated two accelerators one cable under the existing...only after i unbolted and drilled holes on the base plate of the original
