Antes tenia 4 zonas entonces tiene 4 pin en el time ud cambio para dos zonas saco dos pin en el time o no es necesario

In my house the 2 outlets that are not in use do not have the pvc pipes closed like yours. That might be problem.

Thank you I know how you feel about not getting the answers that you need when you are researching for information that will assist in resolving a problem. I have the same Hydrotek 4000 Indexing Valve. Our irrigation system was installed more than 20 years ago during the previous two owner's period. I was trying to remove the cam [either a three zone cam (Part #6107043) or four zone cam (Part #6107044) for four outlet valve] earlier, but it most likely seized onto the four outlet valve body. I am still researching on how I can safely remove the cam and stem for maintenance and replacement. In my humble opinion the installers never closed off the unused valve outlet because they didn't install a six-(6) inch pvc pipe and cap. I think I am stuck with the index rotation because the design of the irrigation system layout. I have to add additional gold pins (I call rotation pins) to have my front yard watered in the morning. Thanks
