Thank you!! I was searching for ever lol I cant believe even after playing this game over 10 years Im still finding new quests! I typically always just killed Vald because he was helping mercer but then decided to speak to maven about his debt for the first time ever & was surprised his debt was over a quill lol! Ugh this is why this is my favorite game ever & thank you so much for this video! :)

You'd have thought this rare item would have been included on collections for the thieves guild. However I have kept it never turning it in, killing the guy and completely bugging the game especially in Riften. Maven tells you she has the special ink so the quill would be useless, however searching both her estates turned up nothing and keeping the quill is pointless. It's just a side quest to give you a different option since there are many to basically get in if you have a low lock picking and sneak skill.

This is the worst quest in the game. Because it doesn't have a marker. That is it. The only reason

What None of these videos days which is Needed is that you have to activate the quest via Maven so talk to vex then Maven
