Edit: can't find my original comment, but with quarry, simply cu t a sniper with a lot of ammo and long range (I suggest the G22A2, that's what I use), stay along the side of the mountain to the right of the entrance, and kill cautiously kill everyone, take a lot more time, but I'd say its safe, (and more money from stealth cash)

nice tutorial but i already using one tactic where i can steal vehicle from the naval base and dont being caught by npc's maybe its a little long tactic but its works

this helped me out a lot, i'd recommend using a suppressed sniper/ dmr for the equipment truck if you can, makes it easier to clear enemies first

tip: If you get spotted, try to crawl down. This is perfect for sleath, and works very well. (Or try another style you can do, or you can try out for yourself.)

Honestly I think using a Chinook might boost the increase because you won't lose money repairing it if it falls

This is personal preference, but i do not use magnifiers at such range, it's not really necessary and it feel it is more practical anyways, as there is less blocking your fov

if u will manage to u can go all the way to the beach opposite of naval docks seeing to the city aince the cars can drive underwater u can try going uphill then thru city then book it home its tricky bit theres like 6 trucks to choose from in naval if u can make it to the spot. (bridge visible there will be atleast three snipers and few guards u have to take out and it will be tricky to go uphill from the bottom of the sea but it works as long as u dont turn over the truck)

A great way for grinding precious metal/equipment is to go to Naval. At the end of the bridge headed to Fort/Naval there will be a section on the right side that doesn't have a guard rail. Drive through that section and follow the hill side close to the water. A sniper may see you on the way there, so when your close enough to the port you can ditch and go prone. It takes a mix of running and going prone to not get spotted by them, so be careful. once your get close to this storage building, there may be a few OPFOR nearby, which you can take out quickly. Inside the Storage building, there is guaranteed to be two precious metal vehicles and one equipment vehicle (don't bother with the Urals, you wont be able to get them back to FOB using this strat) take either of the equipment/precious metal vehicles and just drive them straight into the water (you wont die, trust) and follow the shore when your driving underwater. follow the shoreline until you reach the side that has a house and ramp up onto the shore. After that, just drive to the FOB and your done.

If you have a DMR (like the M110), you can take the liberty to shoot the sniper and the machinegunner who watches the Ronograd tunnel in the face so you can completely avoid detection

NOTE: Precious metals only sometimes spawn at the Quarry. If you want a guaranteed precious metals spawn, you’ll have to go all the way to the Naval Base (maybe we could get a tutorial on how to get out of there alive?)

the best way to get equipment/metals is by flying a little bird really low into the naval docks where the cars spawn and then driving those cars back to the main road by going though the ocean

Hope they never change the ability to drop into compounds and go riding into the most devastating gunfire there ever was. For the equipment truck, you can drop on that one, just have maybe a vitamin and when you start driving, but go right and then where the Ronograd City tunnel is. Vitamins are cheap so it's best to invest in those.

I've been doing something else instead for resources and equipment, which is going to naval, go off the right side of the bridge, stay on the side of the mountain to not get seen, crash into the back of the hangar, get the humvees in there and drive into the sea where I then resurface and go back to the base
