Attempted to swap in a 3D cluster from a G70 equipped with one to a G70 with a regular cluster. Swap works for the most part but some R&D will definitely be needed to take care of the turn signal camera issue it has and the bezel not being correct for the cluster. Overall hope this videos helps others / inspires others to dive into the swap! Very satisfying in the endgame

Ton of boost on stock ❤ Why did you avoid boost control
@@thomaspitts9949 boost control? What do you mean
what is the best amp to use in the fuse box? or do i use the accessory slot?
@@fairouzriziq9149 don’t matter, what matters is constant 12v and switch 12v. As long as you find that you can tap into them and use the color cord to attach the hardwire kit. I typically like to use radio side for constant and charger fuse for switch 12v Just a example
Great video, thanks. I just had the N5 installed today. Unfortunately, they didnt walk me thru install and use. I notice you did not even show in the video the fuses and little wires that came along with the hardwire kit. Interestingly, the installers didnt use them either, and left them in the box. In what situation do these fuses not need used?
@@aarontodd746 I did lol. They’re installed. You’re always supposed to use add a fuse. Never want to depend on just sticking a wire into the fuse socket
@@ProdigePerformance Can you tell me at what time mark in the video I can see this?
@@aarontodd746 6:05
@@ProdigePerformance I am trying to attach a photo of all the fuses they left in the Vantrue Hardwire kit, but the google photo keeps getting deleted.
How do you get it top dead center?
@@TheLegend-ir9tr flat head in spark plug hole cylinder 1 rotate crank till flat head stops coming up Cheap and easy way to find out
Great video thanks! I have so little knowledge about fuses can you tell me @5:43 the one you are checking looks like it has already occupied while there are some others look like empty sockets. I am sure i am completely missing something here can you explain?
How do you get the timing cover off? Mine so stuck on it won't budge
What kind of hammer are you using?
Im confused why the short ram intakes are bad, specifically the one you showed, the ine you showed had heat shield, and still used the snorkel
@@lunaticleone8534 even with a heat shield you pull the inside engine bay temps into the intake. Higher the temps the higher IAT will be A enclosed intake (oem) or cold air intake that actually grabs cooler air AWAY from the engine is ideal. Cooler IATs = happier engine
This looks so easy to do but I wouldnt mind paying someone lol.
Hey man I was in contact with you awhile back about getting scammed by 3point8. I was wondering if your company could help me out with a turbo now that I got some money saved up

Damn… now I wonder if this is possible to do on a ‘23 Stinger GT2, considering G70 and the Stinger share the same platform and/or components. If so, that would be sweet.
i have a bk1 2.0t, since this build on your page is a r spec bk2, can i use the same mods you used on this build or would i have to change any thing to make sure it’s reliable?
@@Aprj. you would need 1000cc injectors only difference.
@@ProdigePerformance i have around 72,000 miles on mines, you think i’ll be okay running this or should i do any preventative maintenance on it ?

Oil going to coolant reservoir, how you can know if the turbo is the reason
@@victorvargas5155 it’s not the turbo. Did you drain your coolant already?
@@ProdigePerformance yes i did, the problem was the oil cooler, that is next to oil filter.
@@victorvargas5155 I was about to say. The turbo almost never leaks into the coolant supply and if it ever did it would be total failure before that. Time to upgrade the cooler with a aftermarket one. The stock coolant cooled cooler is trash
I WISH I had seen this a few weeks ago. Kyle Steele Hyundai got me for over $800 for this simple fix. My AC would stop cooling when at idle because my fans weren't kicking on, and the engine was beginning to overheat. Turns out my relays were shot. The service advisor misled me about what was wrong and made it sound like more than it was. Once I saw the service record, I was less than pleased. $193 for two relays, $630 labor.
Where did you buy the parts? I can't find it anywhere.
@@lizbeth072676 if you type in the part number that’s on the relay you’ll find it at your local parts store or even Amazon
Mr Paul dude I liked the video I had a question I had a fuel gauge issue not sure if it’s the subfuel sending unit or from the fuel pump gauge I’m sorry for my ignorance the gauge fluctuates when I put gas in it and the distance to empty numbers increase and decrease and remain constant not sure what to do or where to check 😞
You mounted the power on/ off switch in the trunk?
@@josephwashington4929 it’s the manual on and off switch. You should never have to touch it unless your leds won’t respond to the remote
Homie did it in 7 mins and Hyundai quoting 5 hour labor 😭
@@MatthewLwin realistically it’s a hour tops but its truly not that hard to do
What impact wrench did you use
Mr Paul dude I have a question I went to the gas station to fill my car the other day and the numbers fluctuate back and forth the distance from empty would fill up to 287 and it would drop down to 275 and then go back up to 287 and it will stay but not I’m confused what it is great video by the way I gave it a like and mine is a bk2 2013 Genesis coupe
So I put my motor back in and I can only rotate it at 180dg instead of 360. Am I missing a step?
@@vietyyg6739 did you rotate the motor out of the engine before installing
@@ProdigePerformance yessir I did
@@vietyyg6739 if you installed everything correctly then it should rotate perfectly fine If not, then you installed the flywheel / torque converter / clutch wrong Aftermarket clutch kits are notorious for causing a bind if you get one that isn’t spec for your build.
@@ProdigePerformance i see, I don’t have an aftermarket torque converter tho, and when I put the motor back in I didn’t see like any reference marks w the torque converter
@@vietyyg6739 so you’re a auto, perfect, did you happen to make sure the torque converter was pressed in all the way and line up the flywheel will bolts correctly?

I was getting fuel cuts and then eventully completely dying with 2 bars on my fuel gauge. Not sure if that has anything to do with what you were mentioning about what happens with the high hp guys or if my fuel level senor is bad? Through obd it was showing 45% full as well.
