Welder helper on the front end
Seth and Gorge running beads. Having a front end party. I think the average was around 110 joints a day on that job.

I have owned this tool for 5 years. I highly recommend it. Get a second battery and take it all over the job site. Works great.

Thank you, Joshua. Take care.
Very good video thanks
Is it possible to get into welding at 37 or will no one take you on?
How far off the pipe do you usually set the torch tip?
*Is this available in amazon or not*
False. 🤣 There’s helpers out there who will find a way to get that wheel to fly off. Especially if they don’t stop the grindin wheel after they’re done grindin. 💀 Ima make this my new helper orientation video 😭
Very cool.
That's the only thing I haven't learned yet. Awesome video
Thats a grade A explanation thats for sure.
Great tips for changing wheels
Well now I miss it even more
My favorite hoodie for landscaping and general mayhem. Unfortunately these are still made in communtist dictatorship of China. Love my 8 year old tech 2 pants as well. Quality is there. Ethics debatable.
Onde comprar esse equipamento
Nice work! Experience will tell you sooner or later to shut the door on your truck to keep stray sparks from setting the interior on fire! I preferred to work off the back of my rig to protect the glass from welding and grinding splatter, especially on a windy day!
Can your hood be used for inadexterous or does that even matter with pancake hoods. New to welding in school.
Thanks for the info Brody. Shade 10 baby.
My Favorite hoodie I bought double thick the Polyester in Blue 2XL Abor Wear it stretches after wearing it for a while.. the Carrharrt hoodies problem is made of Cotton not good for extremely Cold weather for people who get to cold easy like me. I do wear it when is about 50degrees and Abor Wear When is 40 degrees or lower .
great content
I think it would be cool to try a pipeline job. I've only worked refineries.
On roll out wheel I use a classic green hood with number 11 lense aka shipyard hood then out on pipeline I use pancake when needed but my shipyard hood prevents me from getting burned 100 percent more flexible to move around in and move head and see I'm tight areas I hate pancake hoods so does most guys down here with me on pipeline you won't see anyone wearing them all green shipyard hoods or auto darkening millers
Cut off wheel would have worked but best thing to cut any balsa is multiple passes with a razor knife or razor blade along the edge of a metal ruler as a guide to make sure the cut stays straight
Thanks boss I’ll do that
Those knobs they got aluminum now
I am looking for a beveling solution for on field application which is also mobile and portable. I am basically with a firefighting contractor and most of our jobs are in highrise buildings and new factories. All our pipes are Sch 40 and the maximum diameter is 6inches. We do have 8inches and above sizes but thats very less and mostly in the pump room where we can take our time and do it manually. The major time consuming activity is the pipe network to be run throughout the building and this one looks a bit bulky to move around and setup. Every other joint I have to make is atleast 6 mtrs away from the previous one. We currently use hand grinders for this. Also i am aware of grooved fittings but they are more expensive in my country hence majority clients ask for welded joints.
Actually used this technique since I started as a helper doing shop/well pad hook-up work
I always just use wingnuts on mine they don't back off
Thanks man! Tryna be the best helper 😂🙏🏾
I need to realigned mine. Can someone point me to a video?
Can women do this?
No😂

Nice work
Damn, I miss pipelining a lot more than I thought.
original mask

The headgear out of the box fit onto the pipeliner does not work well at all. It doesn't flip up high enough and because of that it can't hold the weight of the hood up and falls down very easy. What i did was trim the tabs down that stop it from going any higher and now its perfect. It will flip all the way up like it used to with the old headgear.
how do you get into the boilermakers?
Go to their union and talk to somebody. Train yourself. Boilermakers are professionals in the trade. Very skilled mofos. You gotta be good. Get your name out there and shove your boot in the door. I think they have a website to talk to a rep or someone.
Why dont you just buy one auto dim hood?
Is there a protector for the lens i have auto lens in mine but no clear protector for it
When the dozer was climbing onto the lowboy, and you said you would totally destroy a trailer if you did that.........Well that dumb ass operator IS destroying that trailer while the even dumber ass driver is watching. That is NOT the way to load a machine. But hey, keep the videos coming, I'm looking forward to it. Good job!
Thanks brother, starting my first pipeline job today and hoping for the best
You know you come from a different generation when you classify a 15 minute video as "Long"
I never heard of this company I'm going to have to check them out
It’s an arborist company made for tree work, that’s why they are built so well
@@bandit255xpwoodchipper2 Thanks I did not know that. Are they better than carhartt or dickies?
