It is a modified TD04L from a Subaru. That would be really cool! The SVTs can crank out a ton of power on a stock motor.

It's all home built! If your Focus has the SPI motor instead of the Zetec, I would honestly not even bother putting a turbo on it. The SPI is a pretty weak little motor, and there aren't any turbo kits for it.

@@prerunnerwannabenope I got the zetec, I’m just confuse on how to do it since the kit doesn’t come with the down pipe to my stock cat, and I’m not sure where I would put my oil lik to my turbo nor how I would rout it to my oil pan for the oil return, got any tips or how to do it?

@@LandonTerlinden Using the stock cat isn't really an option when turbocharging a Zetec. For the oil feed, there is a little threaded plug on the driver's side of the head (tucked behind the coil pack if memory serves) and that's where I grabbed my oil feed from. Also implementing an oil restrictor to make sure the turbo's oil seals didn't get overwhelmed. For the oil return, you can pull off the oil pan and weld a return line bung.

Nice! Yeah, the 3400G with any kind of OC will push that little PSU to the very edge.

Good question! All of the boost that the turbo built would escape through the hole, and it would be like you didn't have a turbo at all.

@@savagefrags9459 Haha yep! It would be a real bad boost leak. I would bet money that there are BOV deletes for Imprezas though.

@@prerunnerwannabe I've seen plates, but people make those themselves so I'm not sure if I can buy them. But I'm pretty sure I need an aftermarket air filter before I can expect better noises

@@savagefrags9459 Ah, gotcha. You'll hear the stu-stus just fine through the stock air filter, but yes, it will be louder with an aftermarket intake.

Hello! The exhaust was an eBay unequal length header to a stock catalytic converter, I don't remember if there was a resonator, but the exhaust was basically all stock besides the UEL header and this muffler that replaced the stock one.

Yep! Put like 30k miles on it with the DIY turbo setup at ~6psi before selling the car. Always worked like a champ.

@@prerunnerwannabe Sadly, the extra bandwidth resulted in a marginal uplift in FPS in various game benchmarks. Though there is profit, it doesn't justify buying the sticks for near 190 euro's.

Nope. Totally stock bottom end. I eventually upped the boost to ~6psi, and daily drove the car for 25k miles, flooring it every day. The car never missed a beat. I eventually sold it because I wanted to move onto something else.

lol yes this is what people do. Its the experience the noise the feel. driving it on a track of course is what people do when doing this stuff. It would be almost a waist of money if they didnt.

Hello! The weird port is a DMS-59 connection, but you should be able to find a DMS-59 to DVI adapter with no issue on eBay or a similar site. The port was designed to be able to output to two monitors, so most, if not all of the adapters you find will split to two outputs, whether DVI or VGA. Hope that helps!

Nah, not really. I guess maybe if you somehow converted it to use a MAP sensor, but I think that would be nigh on impossible.

I ended up selling the car a couple of years ago, so I have no idea unfortunately.
