    I feel that making diversity a focal point in an organization, it makes everyone aware of their differences. Especially in a very diverse country such as mine, Nigeria.

      This hyper-focus on differences is unfortunate. The goal should be to identify how each person can contribute to the organization. Measuring individual differences is an important step in the process, but it doesn't have to create division if appropriately managed.

    its crazy how she describes exactly these pervasive feelings i experienced as a kid and i thot i was just broken... the deep loneliness and sadness ...people would ask why i looked sad and if my dog had died .... i would tell them no, i dont have a dog, my face just looks sad for no reason ...
