That garbage truck hit everything - the beam, the bridge, the rails. I am surprised the tracks were okay considering how they jumped after the garbage truck passed.

That garbage truck one is dangerous... it made the tracks jump. Think about a train coming seconds after and the tracks were damaged. Yikes.

Last Ryder truck should have just floored it and kept going. That way the roof is neatly removed. :)

They need to turn the light red 10 secs before the truck gets to the intersection. Need a sign on the other side of the bridge "Opps! Too Late! But we'd then lose the entertainment value. Just ½" too high (truck) or just ½" too low (bridge). Rental companies probably check the roof of returned trucks as a standard inspection knowing that the bridge gets hungry on occasion.

The garbage truck actually caused the rail bridge to move. When the bridge was raised did the railway put sensors on it to detect something like? That hit has enough to caused potential issues.

We have a bridge in Long Grove Illinois...Same situation and I am thoroughly convinced that the drivers simply cannot read English!! Enough said!!

For number 10: I'm surprised that the city bus went under the bridge and succeeded went through and as for the box truck, failed to stop at the red light and got nabbed by the bridge can opener
