GO YOU!! Amazing that you are spreading this message! I'm an ex-vegan. I made it 3 years and then I had incredible cravings for eggs and cheese so I gave in. After a while I started eating fish and finally 2 years after quitting veganism I started eating meat and WOW, my brainfog and fatigue went away pretty much instantly. We need to eat meat to survive, it's nature and the natural circle of life. The vegan movement is detrimental to peoples health. It's really messing people up and it needs to stop but the globalists agenda is pushing it more and more until they have gotten rid of all meat and are feeding the people toxic lab grown meat.

I was wfpb vegan for almost 5 years. Around year 2 or three little health issues started popping up. By the end of it I couldn’t keep food in. It was coming out one way or another. I developed skin issues, sensory issues, severe mood imbalances, eye problems, hair problems, nail problems, painful periods and intercourse, urinary problems, cognitive decline, allergies to things I was never allergic to my entire life, digestive issues… it was awful. I was awful. My anxiety, stress and mood was just so terrible. I was so unhappy. It was not an easy decision to eat animals again. But I’m glad I did. Within a few months the long list of issues that I had were gone. The only thing I have trouble with now is digestive issues from histamine intolerance which I developed while vegan.

What were you eating weekly as a Vegan? Vegan isnt about health its about not harming animals, and its takes alot of eduation and proper nutrition to eat Vegan properly, and since everyone is different, there are lots of different ways to eat Vegan to best suit your body. It sounds like you were not Vegan but you were plant based. And categorically raw food plant based is one of the top two most difficult diets to eat nutritionally for the person. And having an eating disoder is not a good way to eat any diet. Im sorry you had this problem, but its not a Vegan based diet that is to blame, is how You ate that was. You cant claim to be Vegan if you arent practicing Veganims.. thats like saying your are Christian without practicing Christianity, or that you are a Stoic without practicing Stoicism. What kind of nonesense are you spouting? The diet is called "Plant based" being Vegan is not a dietary choice, not eating animals is a consequence of being Vegan. <shakes head> ANd the Vegan Society Defintion is "a philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude-as far as is possible and practicable-all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose; and by extension, promotes the development and use of animal-free alternatives for the benefit of humans, animals and the environment." So by that defenition I do exclude all forms of animal exploitation and animal products I am capable of within the limits of what is poossible and practicable in my life- for example I require a medication for my health that does have gelatin in it, that I cant avoid taking, but as a real Vegan, I avoid purchasing virtually all other products that contain animal products in them, with fricken reason bro. We still have to function and live in this world and some things are unavoidable.. i cant believe you brought up things like using the internet and ashphalt.. these are things that are not practicable to avoid using to function effectively in real life, and I can do alot more good by using these things to make a difference instead of being some kind hermit/recluse- You are being completely unreasonable. Being Vegan and Veganism isnt about being perfect, its about doing what we can to avoid harming animals and exploiting animals. We cause harm simply by existing, and I value my life and I don't use these silly excuses to keep eating animals when I dont have to. What are you doing to stop exploiting and harming animals? Its a complete waste of time to argue with your close minded meanderings and lies (when you use the Vegan society definiton in your arguement yet claim you couldnt find it.. lol wtf?) Go argue on reddit if you want to just create conflict and try to make yourself feel better about yourself, while trying to make others feel worse.

She ended up dying from a complication of brain cancer surgery at 47 y.o. and left a 10 y.o. son. And he’s been vegetarian since birth. He, too, had horrible eczema since birth and he now has GI problems. He eats nothing but crap. So, not only is he vegetarian, but he eats all junk food: cereal, juice boxes, asked goods, candy, etc… It’s quite sad. I’m hoping that he’ll eventually change his mind and eat meat, but, right now, it’s not looking good, and my sister definitely brainwashed him.

Consult a nutritionist, or maybe even ask ChatGPT for vegetarianism. If you think something is more in line with your morals, and have not yet acted upon it, make sure you're exerting all possibilities (dark leafy greens are high in iron, such broccoli, tofu, spinach). Wow girl you sound like you have such an unhealthy relationship with food in general. Sorry you were so confused and mislead. I've had nothing but positives with my health and my body since adopting a BALANCED vegan diet 6 years now. I'm sorry you had to turn to eating animals to find balance.

I'm a little bit on the same boat. I'm thinking of maintaining a plant based diet but also integrating animal products (in the vegetarian range) and some meat once in a while. I've been vegan for 12 years and I've seen everything from internet drama unfolding and tried everything (from being fully raw, to fruitarianism [a short period of time], to a very balanced diet plant based diet etc) and I think I've found my sweet spot (the balanced diet works the most) but I still feel something's missing and I can't really point out what it is. I'll keep try to experiment and incorporate more diverse meals and try to be omnivore. Some vegans in the comment section are not helping at all. (no consideration about your health and scolding right after, like totally not cult like behavior). I also agree on your points on slaughterhouses and mono-crops, both causing different kinds of damage and being destructive. Also I do agree with your acknowledgement of what we know as the suffering that happens in the cycle of life you describe. Your health comes first and keep doing what works best for you.

@@Princessoftradition that's how I thought you'd respond. I recommend changing this video to "why I'm no longer on a plant-based diet after 10 years" a vegan would hear this and think, what do you recommend, maybe I didn't try that. Every single "I'm no longer vegan video" has nothing to do with veganism. It's always about eating a plant-based diet incorrectly and getting gut issues. That can be fixed without animals. And all essential nutrients come from plants.

In 2022, a study was conducted in the Netherlands by Gfk Research Agency. Vegans and vegetarians had to complete a survey form themselves. They had to fill in what they ate and how often. It showed that 40% of vegetarians REGULARLY ate meat and 50% of vegans REGULARLY had milk and eggs. This may explain why they can 'stick' to the diet for so long. The research results can be read, for example, in "Voeding magazine 2022 number 2".

I think certain blood types do better as Vegan. I have been vegan for 6 years and i'm thriving. it was the best decision I ever made. My endurance increased about 1000%. But I'm sure it's not for everyone. Oh and I don't really eat gluten. I don't eat fake meat or cheeses. I only eat from the earth and organic.

I assume you’re on another platform. Regardless, I encourage you to continue to post to UA-cam. Look into amino acid sequencing. Acetylcholine and other neurotransmitters are synthesized in our bodies from amino acids which is essential along with B vitamins. It is why we regenerate. Of course all nutrients are important and nothing can be left out. Anything less than what the body needs as raw materials to attain, maintain, ans sustain health and vitality is a restrictive diet and cannot be a permanent way of life. We are in regenerative medicine. The only patients we cannot help achieve reversal of degenerative joint issues are “strict” vegans. Vegans we treat will typically take the animal based collagen supplements we use in the protocols for all patients and many of them will eat some non “flesh” animal products additionally in order to get healthy joints. Bone broth, the right dairy, and eggs are high on the list. We advocate for humane production of bison products. Whatever you’re doing for a living, you have a future in speaking up, speaking out, and promoting the truth of our relationship to all of life on this planet. 🙏 How are you doing now? What changes have you witnessed in your mental, cognitive, and physical health?
