Step 10: Launch product into the market Step 11: Follow the lifecycle of the product to evaluate the product's KPI and cash flow. Hi Todd! I've just discovered your channel last week and i'm watching your content every day!. Really useful and clear. I have more than 10 years working on Product Management and love this channel!. One thing to keep in mind when you are working together with sales teams is that sometimes part of your goal is to "automate" part of their task and this situation could generate some kind of friction in the relationship between both teams (Product and Sale) that could affect the day to day or even create strong barriers. Based on your whole experience and background what do you recommend to remove this tension (or at least minimize it)?
