Amazing capabilities. There's a great opportunity for UAVs to start doing detailed photogrammetry for wildlife sensusses where traditional fixed wing aircraft and spotters are to expensive or impractical. I would love to see a platform like this capturing the footage (video, photo and thermal) at a GSD <3cm as input for AI to automatically count animals - it could be a major game changer in the conservation arena!

Nice design. Unlike with some other UAVs, you seem to be paying attention to drag with regards to the fasteners joining the sections together. One thing to think about is figuring out a light-weight way to stop the VTOL propellers to be straight forwards-backwards, to reduce drag in normal flight.

so portable, and probably somewhat easier to assembly with sufficient instruction. a small land vehicle can carry a lot of these units. these search and destroy aircraft keeps getting better and better.
