Ahoy! Welcome to my channel, in which I post short films on a... not even semi-regular schedule. Really, I post films when I make them. Please enjoy!
Rails, Roads, and Roundabouts - A History of Public Transit in Keene, NH
Ahoy, all! This is a documentary I made detailing the history of public transportation (and transportation infrastructure) in Keene, New Hampshire. I talk about the Keene Electric Railway Company, the Cheshire Transportation Company, the City Express, and all the roundabouts that have been popping up. I hope you enjoy!
As a side note, this will probably be my last film for a while. I've transitioned from being a film major to being an English major, so I won't be able to make films for classes anymore. I may still look into making films in my spare time, but without all that great equipment, it'll be a bit less enticing. We'll see.

Between the Lines - Short Film
Переглядів 10511 місяців тому
Washed-up novelist Martin St. Jean works tirelessly on his next book, but creative burnout and exhaustion lead him to an unpleasant confrontation. Here is the last film I made as part of my Collaborative Production class! I think it came out really nicely, thanks in large part to my amazing crew. If you want to see more of Jacob's work, check out his channel From the Longbox Productions: www.yo...

HALLOWNEST: A HOLLOW KNIGHT DOCUMENTARY
Переглядів 394Рік тому
Welcome, all, to my documentary/mockumentary covering the fall of Hallownest! This is a project I have been wanting to do for a while, and my Film Sound class gave me the opportunity. I think this came out really well, and is definitely among my best work. This documentary is set within the world of Hollow Knight, as though the bugs themselves were the ones documenting Hallownest's fall. You'll...
TOUCH-TONE TELEPHONE MUSIC VIDEO - "Conspiracy Theory" Short Film
Переглядів 167Рік тому
Ahoy all! I'm back from my lengthy hiatus with another short film! This is a music video I made for the song Touch-Tone Telephone by Lemon Demon. I made it for my Screenwriting & Directing class, and I have to say it's one of the finest films I've made. I especially love my set design. In any case, I hope you enjoy! Oh, and of course, the music does not belong to me. All rights to Niel Cicierega.
IN IGNI Music Video - Latin Cover of "Hellfire"
Переглядів 314Рік тому
Hello all! This is a music video I made for the Latin cover of Hellfire made by @ScorpioMartianus . The vocals were sung by me, but I used the lyrics he wrote. The instrumental was made by @dracuryanraizel . This was made as a school project. Originally, I shot a music video for "Run Rabbit Run" on 16 mm film, but there was an issue with the camera and none of the film was actually exposed. I h...
A Concrete Jungle - Short Film shot on 16 mm film!
Переглядів 1292 роки тому
Hello all! I'm finally able to post something again! Here is my newest production, a film shot on actual film. I shot it in collaboration with Jacob Conway, a friend on mine in the same class. He actually uploaded the same film to his channel (although alas I do not know his channel name). Hope you enjoy! The music is "Le Grand Cahier II - Les Alertes" by Alexander Litvinovsky and a piano compo...
The Valley of Death - Short Film
Переглядів 692 роки тому
Ahoy! This is another film made for my Video Production class. I needed to make a personal narrative, a story narrative, or a musical, and I decided to incorporate aspects of all three! I tried to go for a Twilight Zone style, particularly in the opening and closing scenes. Enjoy! Credits music from The Longest Johns - "The Mary Ellen Carter"
How To Fence
Переглядів 633 роки тому
For my Video Production class, I needed to make a how-to video. My first thought was to make a video on fencing, since I'm somewhat experienced in that field. It's not comprehensive, and since I only had one night to shoot there are some issues, but for the most part I'm pretty happy with it. Hope you are too!
I'm Not Arachnophobic - Short Silent Film
Переглядів 353 роки тому
I made this little video for a class assignment. Basically I needed to take a bunch of different shots, focusing on texture, composition, lighting, and subject, and then compile it all into a 3-5 minute video. I ended up getting a bunch of videos of spiders, so I figured I'd make them the centerpiece of the film. Hope you enjoy!
Treasure Hunt - Short Film
Переглядів 1973 роки тому
This is a project that I've been wanting to make for a while, and I'm glad to have finally finished it. Many thanks to my friends for helping me film it. I'll be more active on the channel henceforth, because I'm going to college for filmmaking, meaning I'll have more films to upload. Stay tuned! Also, forgot to put it on the credits, but I did the editing as well. Also also, music from bensoun...

Hollow Knight - Feel Invincible Music Video (Pantheon of Hallownest Spoilers)
Переглядів 23 тис.4 роки тому
DISCLAIMER: I do NOT own this music, it is "Feel Invincible" by Skillet. I've been working on this for a while, and here it is! I was inspired by another channel who had uploaded a similar video, though I can no longer find it, so I made one myself! I hope you like it!
The Story of Return of the Jedi audio cassette
Переглядів 73 тис.5 років тому
This is so nostalgic for me. I used to listen to this tape every night when I was young. I was looking around for it on UA-cam, but couldn't find it, so I though "Fine. I'll do it myself."
Marlboro is east of Keene, not west - Chesterfield lies to the west. Maybe you were thinking that to come from Marlboro you'd have to travel west?
@@lesnyk255 That's my mistake, I misspoke there
Wow, you really did a great job in compiling a lot of historical information and editing this video.❤ Good job. 👍
PS, I live down the street in Gilsum for the past several years and I love leaning about the past history of the area. If you ever see me on the street in Keene don’t hesitate to stop me and say hi. I’m the guy with the huge parrot on my shoulder lol you can’t miss me.
I wish I still had my copy
“The force is strong in my family, my father has it, I have it, my sister has it” getting actual chills
I think this should be the storyteller version.
Omg that brings back memories 😀
I used to have this as a kid on cassette used to lie in bed with my walkman listening to it
I listened to this 100's of times as i played with Star Wars toys. Couldn't just throw the movie on back in the day.
Yeah that came out very nicely, Ryan! I did always wonder about the FilmMaker part
Came out great and was awesome to work on this!
Couldn't have done it without your incredible cinematography skills
Woah, hey, that’s me!! Turned out awesome man, you had a clear vision that I’m glad you could express. Till the next film we make 🥂
I can't wait!
Niceeeee The writing was great as usual and Jacob's acting was stellar! The one criticism I could make is that there's still something about your acting that needs improving. I'm not exactly sure if I can put my finger on it, but I think it has something to do with when you act angry; it's like when you have the kind of uurrrrgh in the background of "I created you" (3:57). Though it really is only a minimal critique. Also, wow that knuckle crack! I couldn't make anything crack that loud if I tried.
This right here, is a *masterpiece.*
I have a version of Return of the Jedi on LP that's much shorter and the voices are different. To actually hear audio clips from the movie on LP (or audio cassette) was a real treat before the age of VCRs.
Nice. Good composition, colorgrading, camerawork and editing.
I still thiis album, mint condition.
cool!
Nice, good editing. Although I should say the background music got weirdly louder in the last 5 seconds before the really quick fade out.
Yeah, that's just part of the track
Amazing they got the copyright
I had this too as a youngster. Thank you for doing this. It has brought back many happy memories.
P r o m o S M
Thank you! I got this tape from a friend. I did not speak english. I learned it from this.
23:53 IFKYK 😉
The narrator voice of the great Danny Dark.
Now we need a 72 hour interview on zote the mighty so he can tell us about his very real tales.
Really nice video man! Keep it up
i love the voice over !
Eyyyy thas mee 😂 great job my friend!
Many thanks for your participation, couldn't have done it without you!
Had all 3 of these tapes (A new hope, empire strikes back, jedi). Listed to one every night going to sleep. Ah the memories this brings back.
Here before de million views :D
Hmmm o início e mt bom
Dank je wel!
I never had this tape, but I had "The Ewoks Join the Fight" which basically told the last half of the movie
I've always remebered the line "....finally reached the heart of Anakin Skywalker. Such a fantastic narrator.
0
is the audio directly from the movie, or did the actors rerecord their lines
Omg I have the old book that looks like that!!!!
"...exposing a wrist of wires and electronics." !!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Narrated by Chuck Riley. He does a lot of others movies like Tron ua-cam.com/video/DRK9B6olWOg/v-deo.html
I remember getting this from the book bus in Seattle we didn’t have a library in my neighborhood I’m South Park because it’s in a valley at the edge of Seattle and everything is up a big hill or downtown it is at the city limit just a little neighborhood that was next to Boeing and the industrial area and it had a river that goes thru it no way for a kid to get out of there on his bike just to far and I put in for the months before and it finally came I was so happy I dubbed it as a matter of fact this was my first dub lolz wow
I had this as a child. My favorite for a long time I used to listen to this all the time. Omg
I had this exact cassette and book. I also had the 45 records and mini books...nice trip down memory lane.
These audio dramas are fantastic. had the pleasure to listen to a new hope when i used to get dental work.
WOW! I had this when I was a young boy! Way before VHS rental tapes became a thing. I also had the other two chapters on LP. I would listen to all three in one day! XD.
Oh my God, my brother and I had this and used to fall asleep to it every night for _years!_ We'd just turn it on and let it play through, and by the time it ended and the tape stopped we'd be usually be asleep.
I remember I also the vinyl record "Return To Ord Mantell" or was it "Mission To Ord Mantell?"
I had this on vinyl, plus I remember when they played the movies in radio dramatizations and how looked forward to each week a new part
Yes, this was the best of the three I would love a future in which these transcripts were actually beneficial
Before the movies were so easily available, this is how we remembered the plot. Every word of the narrator is still fresh in my mind :)
Thank you for this. Oh the hours spent listening to these………
