I'm excited to introduce my second UA-cam channel!
Here, I'll be translating videos from my main German channel into English.
To streamline this process, I'm currently experimenting with various AI translation services.
Given my initial budget constraints, the translation quality might not be perfect at the start.
However, no worries - as the channel grows, I plan to invest in higher-quality services.
Thank you for your support on this new journey!
If you want to support me then subscribe to the channel.

LinuxCNC - jog-accel-fraction - Proportion of acceleration during a motion operation
Переглядів 4663 місяці тому
When jogging, the maximum acceleration of the axis is typically used. We can reduce the acceleration during jogging by changing the value of the HAL pin axis.L.jog-accel-fraction. bro thank you so much❤❤
Beautiful work, and very grateful for your English translations.
Great tutorial, thank you this will come useful.
Is this program useful for 7i92? Xiling generated bit, i can read pins by mesaflash, but linuxcnc got bug while starting. There are some problems with qcount driver while Xiling compiling bit.
Thanks. I tried this with LinuxCNC 2.9.0; the correct HOME_SEQUENCE values seem to be placed into the .ini file now.
Excellent! So glad to get your gems in english! 🙏
Thanks, very clear. Translation was well done as well.
Thank you. Very useful!
A big Thank You for the translation, Talla. My German is too rusty to catch all the subtilities of the original version. Oh, by the way, did you intend to generate a Hal and Ini file for the iHSV57 on 7i96 as you did for the 7i76 ? (or explain how to create it ? ) I'm strugling with this setup Cheers
the translation is better than before. danke
Thanks a lot for sharing english version of your great videos. Please add more! 🙏😍
I assume this can also be used for a laser output for laser on and power out variable 0 to+ volts. Very nice videos thanks for posting.
This took me a long time to figure out on my router. I believe everything covered here is in the manual, but it's difficult for the beginner. Essentially, there are 2 levels of abstraction: joints, and axes. A joint is driven by some actuator, and axes are made from one or more joints. When first starting linuxcnc, none of the positions are known, so we have to go through a homing cycle. Each joint is referenced to some home location, and then linuxcnc can switch out of 'joint mode' and move axes instead of individual joints. All this depends on the kinematic model of your machine. Here 'trivkins' (trivial kinematics) is used because moving one axis doesn't affect any other. All that to say the manual is actually really good. You will learn a lot by reading it, especially the "HAL Tutorial" section which made me realize that almost anything imaginable is possible with this system. It's really a shame that more people aren't making videos like yours.
Hello, congratulations on the video, please, what brand and model of board did you use to connect the potentiometers, buttons and steering wheel econder?
Hello, congratulations on the video, please, how to configure the 7I84D board with 7I96S?
As a newbie linuxcnc user, i'm trying to figure out how to control spindle vfd via modbus through smart serial port on 7i96. Did you try such thing?
Helpful video, thanks for posting it.
Thanks for sharing your videos, they are very helpful

Does the 7i76s have enough input output for everything I need for a cnc router/plasma ? Or do I need to get daughter boards
Would it work for plasma cutting with THCAD card?
Is this your custom upgrade of halshow or an official release that I haven’t seen?
It is Version 2.9
Just what I needed to know ! Thank you for sharing and for this 2nd channel. Any chance the #13 and #13.1 Mesa Modbus videos could be next?
Translation is good. Thanks.
Thanks for the feedback.
Agreed, translation is very good and these videos are very helpful for us English speaking folk! Thank you!
Where can I get the 7i92 clone ?
You can't buy them. It's best to buy one from Mesa, they have now also installed the new Efinix FPGA. The original is therefore cheaper than a clone. Here are some shops: store.mesanet.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=379&search=7i92 eusurplus.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=62&search=7i92 Look for 7i92TF, 7i92TH and 7i92TM.
Really great english translation! I was easily able to follow and understand all information in the video! Thank you again for these translation videos, they're so helpful with this better translation!
🎉🎉🎉
Alles ist einfach - wenn man weiß wie. Danke.
Hi! How to configure: Mesa 7i96 + spindle (servo 1kW, step/dir) + M19 + ramp start/stop. (for mini-lathe from china). Reduce motor:spindle - 2:1. Use only encoder output from driver
Very helpful. Thanks a lot.
wish you 1000000 subscribers!!!
The automated translation and the AI generated voiceover makes this kind of hard to understand and really annoying to listen to. I was looking forward to the content of this channel because I have watched some of the videos in German trying to understand all the details. This is a little bit better than listening to the original and guessing what it means but not by much.
I can understand that. I'm currently testing different service providers. Basically the translation works. But the results are still not good enough. I try to address this in advance of new videos in order to improve the quality again. Unfortunately, this no longer works so well with the older videos and I can only try different service providers. The whole topic also takes a lot of time. I ask for your patience and thank everyone who supports me.
@@talla83en I understand that completely. I did not in any way mean to sound ungrateful in my comment before. I truly appreciate you making videos that help me and others struggling in the linuxcnc and mesa world. Thank you!
I have difficulties separating 2 voices. It effectively results in not hearing any. You should only have the voice over or the original language. Very interesting topic so kudos for that!
