Good video. I have a question for you GigaGeek: My system is a Dell T7500. I am using for day trading and I am running TOS. System has 96GB of RAM with dual Xeon® 6-Core (X5690) and configured for all 24 threads. I have 4 monitors: 1 is 55 inch 4k TV, and other 3 is 1080P monitor. Graphic card is a RTX 580 (4GB). I want to upgrade the graphic card. What is your recommendation? Thanks in advance. By the way, I just reconfigured my TOS memory: min is 16GB, Max is 24GB. And I notice my PC is running much better, especially the TOS is running smoother.

ok people, listen up ... i've been running solidworks on an i7 3770 CPU, a GTX 750Ti GPU, and 16GB of RAM for the last 7 years... the only time i felt it was slow is when i did parts with thousands of holes (like a sheet steel mesh for sorting grain), and even then, my other much more powerful PC with up to date i9 cpu and a QUADRO gpu still took long to cut, so yeah, a $4,000 desktop will give you the same performance as a $400 desktop in 99.99% of cases, and i do CAD full time in a steel factory for the last 8 years.

Not sure if you mentioned this, but are those mobos MATX or ATX? Keep up the good work👍🏼 These kinds of videos are golden.

Hello linus, after hearing that you read the coment i decided ill give it a go, so i do have a problem now becuse i need a computer(for media school) by september(prob not gonna be an iseu if i go a week or 2 pest). after doing my reserch i seince luly and do know a bit abut them my buget is around 800euro for the pc alone and i live in slovenia will have 2 moniters and looking for a cheep mouse and keyboard. the computer will be only used for wery light gameing (roblox/euro truck sim) but mainly for video editing and other adobe programs. My quastion is, what can i get for that buget, (i almost bouth 12600k, 3060 but we know what happend next...)? And if you think it is best to do i can expent the buget up to 1000euro (pls consider the price diference cuz of location, tho cheepest 9600x that should cost 280euro, would cost me 310euro) I know it is a long coment and i hope i will get an andswer from you. If you need any more info i will be more than happay to get back to you. Thank you!

I have the same build i update my drivers regulary and im running 90fps on Mw3 on normal 1080p and asseto corsa on 230 fps on maximum performance 😅

8:47 i been wondering if there is a reason why 99.99% of you people build out Mobo first and not first route cables from PSU. This is why so many of you hate cable management after building. For video, it might not seem like the most appealing thing to do, because it's the ugliest thing to do and may not capture audience attention, but you can do it, have cables routed and in editing show a timelapse of that part after. Simple.

8:25 in the future, start using Thermalright's CPU bracket and not the Mobo included one, safer and gives better cooling temperatures too. It seems minimal but it is very practical.

4:52 NO, THIS IS NOT GOOD!!! And you OBVIOUSLY did not do RESEARCH to know that there is an extender bracket made that makes it possible to install 240, 280 and 360 radiator/AIO to the top of this case. That extender pushes the AIO forward so it doesn't come in contact with VRM, RAM etc.

4:08 well i wouldn't contact you at all after seeing you place a radiator hose below a CPU pump, that is NOT practical all just for aesthetics. and you have no excuse, the bracket i recommended was made long before this video upload, maybe you filmed it years ago, dunno. Yes that CPU requires a 360 minimum but that bottom mount is heck no. Top mount and intake air with the fans, though can still exhaust but I prefer intake for a radiator. However, if the PC will be in a cool environment, then air cooler would have been fine, vertical mount GPU is unnecessary. Buy a screen if needed.

7:02 i havent started building yet, after purchases couple days ago, only thing left is PSU & GPU and i am trying to decide. I already decide on dual GPUs, the 4070 Ti Super (ProArt) will be the more powerful of the two, but it's the lower end just for Photoshop & Premiere I am deciding on for my purchase next month. Trying to decide between a770, 4060 Ti 16GB and I was previously sold on 4070 Super LE, but now I am thinking that card doesn't need to be that powerful, nor should I spend basically $600 on that card. Will check your channel if you have any GPU recommendations. If not, try to work on such a video.
