The F40 is the best and most beautiful car ever built. It's a shame if this car isn't 100% original in the game. I would rate every racing game based on how well this car is recreated. I don't know what Microsoft was thinking when they released the demo that they themselves call FM8, what we are here seeing is not "build from ground up" it's "build on lies from groud up" the F40 should be the final nail in the coffin of what this studio calls Forza Motorsport (2023). if not F40, then what is the car for Microsoft anyway to "build from ground up" ? What really annoys me about the comparison is that GT7 was also released for the PS4, FM8 is an Xbox Series game and it looks much worse, it's just unbelievable how untalented the makers are. If it can't keep up with GT7 in terms of quality, then I wonder why there isn't an Xbox One version?

I must say it's a solid update but there is still too much to improve or fix. New remastered track is great and i think they changed something in physics because of the drift mode beign added to game. Cars feel more "snappy", they grip little more on stock tires and body roll/weight transfer is more satisfying. Don't get me wrong it's not GT still and it will take more then few good updates to get on level of GT but it's really solid update 🙂

I remember GT 5 standard vs premium interior experience. Detailed vs Void. Polyphony got rid of that in I think 6. Not sure about 7, but I hope not. I’d rather have no storage left and have a gorgeous game, than plenty of memory left and a shit game.

They've improved the look of Motorsport since launch but the cars still look bad. Especially the materials. Everything looks like plastic.

Whats the problem? In Gt7 we can see the European model, in Forza the Usa model.

There is a full generation difference between the two. Even the NEW models in FM are absolute ASS compared to ALL other big games from this generation. Worse than GT7 Worse than Crew Motorfest Worse than FH5 and even worse than FH4.... Worse than even NFS Unbound

the "new" Forza Motorsport absolutely killed the franchise for me.

The vast majority of Forza's models are reused from all the way back to early Xbox one and I could be wrong but also 360 era Forza. GTs models are also 3D scans of the actual cars which is why they look so accurate. Some were reused from sport but even then they used the same method to make them, so unless you look hard you're not gonna notice a difference

That started off so calm and then got funny asf. Im. Not going to lie. I had tears of laughter. I've played both maxed. PS5 and ps5pro will have RT. Forza is ok and has decent graphics. They just ain't Gt7's level.

You hit the nail on the head! The panel gaps and mesh look 2D on Forza, and looks like proper tangible objects on GT. Like you take off the panels and mesh to swap them out with something else. Forza just looks like the modeled the car whole then drew lines where they thought gaps should be. So sharp, very built from the ground up, so lines.

Still very disappointed as a fan since FM3
